They filmed him under high speed cameras and then slow it down for us to see whats really going on. Its awe-inspiring to see his level of muscle control(hehe not the other muscle control if you know what I mean..hehe)Astig! eto link

pinalabas na ba to dito sa Discovery Channel sa Pilipinas? Sana hindi pa....

I've been wathcing "Time Warp" weekly  sa Discovery channel... napanood ko na yung sa skateboard, bike, martial arts, sa bubble, yung bato na tumaltalon sa tubig etc etc...sana ipalabas pa tong kay Mike Mangini...ang galing talaga how the body and mga bagay bagay moves in slow mo..hehehe... :-)

It's pretty amazing to know the reaction of the cymbals and the head when you hit it... :-D

Yep Deej. Sa Album ng Extreme na "Waiting For The Punchline". Yung may "Hip Today" na song. Parang nasa Yamaha pa tayo nun nung lumabas yun ah  :mrgreen:
