Hmm... I dunno... "Rasta Patois" is something that developed more along with the Rastafarian culture and faith, and while it predominantly flourished in Jamaica, the language itself became an essential part of the Rasta religion. Rastafarians irregardless of race or nationality address their lord as "Jah" much in the same way that Christians from all over address their God as "Yahweh." Besides, "Jah" is just a shortened term for either "Jahweh" or "Jehovah." and that's because a lot about the Rastafarian religion finds it's roots in Christianity. Rastas look at the Emperor Haylie Selassie as the second coming of the Christ. Now, if it was a question about whether these Pinoys who keep mouthing off Patois words and statements really are true Rastas or just some teens jumping in on the Reggae bandwagon, then I'm gonna have to agree with you. Too many casual fans these days often mistake being a reggae fan as an automatic excuse to call themselves Rastafarians. Which is stupid. That's like having an atheist suddenly proclaim himself as a Christian just because he got doused with holy water.
Basta 'ko weed na lang to open up my mind and have peace....Baakit ko pproblemahin yung gustong gawin ng iba?.....kung me sarili akong problema dun ko ipo-focuse ang atensyon ko,hindi sa iba! PEACE
