Works well together, given the music I play. Yung Sigs, nandun yung power and projection without being harsh. Linis nung tunog e. Favorite ko yung power ride (best metal ride, IMHO). Pero I'm a big fan of Rude crashes and chinas. I just decided to get a Sig as my 2nd crash for versatility. Pero yung mga susunod kong idadagdag, Rudes na. :) Naka-order nako ng 20" Rude Novo China, and then baka kumuha ako ng mas maliit na Rude Thin Crash - either 16" or 17".

Pero rumor has it na mabasagin ang Signature lines ng Paiste di ba? Never ka namang nabasagan noh sir?

Fortunately di pa naman. Swerte pa rin, I guess. Pero I think more than the cymbal type/series, yung technique talaga ang biggest factor sa cymbal damage. Kahit Rude/AA or APX/Z Custom/MB20 pa yan, pag nadali mo ng malakas at an almost 90⁰ yung cymbal, deads pa rin yun. :)

Aside from practicing the technique, siguro pinaka-preventive measure ko na lang din is I make sure na sakto yung pagka-mount ko ng cymbal in terms of tightness and angle, para minimal risk.

Daming may Tama a :-D

My Tama Silverstar (black wrap), now with S-hoops and new heads!

The S-hoops are courtesy of Drum Shop Manila. Numerous benefits, but the primary reason I replaced the stock hoops were to protect the bearing edges.

Hindi dre e. Had to Google him for a little knowledge.

I guess you're insinuating the setup of the drums... :)

Metalcore is not really my cup of tea but I can dig them and can cater to this kind of music depending on my mood. I'm impressed with the skills needed to be able to play them and I do plan to try this genre in the future, primarily to learn/improve my drumming.

Hahaha yeah mismo sa setup.haha  So primarily san ka focused? Sa setup mong ganyan common sa metalcore talaga eh. Kit ko kasi todo Matt Greiner/Adam Gray influence, so easy to work around with and matagal ng ganto setup ko
