Naisip ko lang tong scenario na to while stacking my guitars in my little room last night...

(background fades)

Your house is burning(knock on wood), all others were already rescued but you and your guitar collection inside. Firemen were able to locate you, house nearing its collapse....

Fireman: Come on let's go...
You: We have to save my guitars!
FM: You're even too heavy yourself!
You: They're my life's collection ! (O.A ba?)
Fm: You pr!ck! Go choose one...

Which guitar will you pick and why?

Ibibigay ko ung isang gitara sa fireman para ilabas nya, tapos ung dalawa bitbitin ko.

My friend on the other hand has 20 bass guitars, and may evacuation plan na cya na nakainstruct ung mga helpers nila sa bahay- that's for both fire and flood emergencies

i can bring all my guitars. 3 lang naman eh. one slinged on the right shoulder, the other one on the left, and handheld yung may hardcase.

why didn't this thread consider amps and boards?

Actually I had, I just figured I'd be crawling on the floor or climbing stairs with a guitar sling-ed at my back in that situation.

Two guitars, the Jazzmaster (parating pa lang), and the Mustang. I'll carry one in one hand, carry my pedal board in the other and have another behind me.

With adrenalin rush, I can save them all. Perhaps.

One time nagkasunog sa amin sa Pasay, nabuhat ko mag-isa yung washing machine na single tub and 8yrs old palang ako nun.
Then after humupa ng sunog, di ko na mabuhat yung washing machine.

Luckily it's also my fave guitar and I will sell the shirt on my back first before I sell the guitar

Yes you might, you might be able to lift your amps away at that instance. I just recoiled my answer so as not to derail from the topic.

I remember stories about people being able to lift a fridge during fire.
