Could be high blood pressure induced by migraine. Masama talaga sa pakiramdam lalo na pag nagksabay sila.
Ganito ginagawa ko:
1. Drink a glass of cold (not freezing) water (wag beer LOL)
2. Recline in a sofa, do not lie down
3. Close your eyes or dim the lights around you.
4. Minimize the noise around you (dati nag earplugs ako)
5. Relax your body
6. Scented oils may help but use only the relaxing ones, do not use the sweet-scented oils. Eucalyptus or menthol will do.
Bawasan ang:
1. Caffeine
2. Chocolates
3. Energy Drinks
4. Yosi / Amoy ng Yosi
Invest on:
1. Good sunglasses to minimize glare - this is for you to avoid migraine during "daytime". kung tumutugtog ka, use "smoked" glasses if possbile. kung corny para sayo ang mag smoked glasses, mag cap ka na lang. hehe.
2. Mefenamic Acid - dapat may baon ka na at least 2 x 250 mg. for emergency purposes.
3. Earplugs - mura lang to, yung nabibili sa hardware na ginagamit ng mga nag jackhammer. kulay blue at yellow.
