My Focusrite Saffire says:
"Warning: This equipment must be earthed by the power cord"
Problem is, at home I only have outlets for two-pronged plugs. I looked inside the enclosures and I couldn't see available ground wire...so I can't convert the outlets to three-pronged.
Will I still be able to use the Saffire using just an adapter, or is it necessary to install earthing in my outlets? If using an adapter is OK, what are the consequences? I don't want to risk any damage to the unit... I just bought it kasi. Will appreciate any help.
