meron ba kayo nito??
kung meron kayo nito, tanggap nyo na ba sya? o ginagawan nyo pa ng paraan?

ako, i want to get rid of mine..
i jog thrice a week..been doing that for about 3 months.
i lost more than 10lbs, pumayat daw ako, sabi ng iba...pero naiwan padin yung bilbil sa chan..

baka may success stories kayo jan, share nyo naman..
i just wanna know the most effective way to get rid of it.

more than 10 pounds? good job, sa bilbil, sit ups, crunches o push ups, usually yang mga yan

ako rin meron, lumala pa nung nagdorm ako!haha ako di (dati) sit ups bago matulog lang tapos one cup of rice a day nalang...onti kasi time ko mag exercise dahil sa studies at puyat sa plates.... buti minsan nakakapag pawis pag may training sa football. :-P

hahah meron ako ngayon.. mabilis kasi ako tumaba, kain ng kain tas walang exercise, pero mabilis lang din naman akong pumayat.  :-D

hindi naman daw situps ang pampaalis ng bilbil. cardio talaga. pang pa tone lng ung crunches ng muscles. matagal lang mawala kasi dun talaga naiipon ung taba. kaya tiyaga lang. pero ako di pa din naaalis. pahinto hinto kasi ng exercise hehehe.

cardio talaga ang best way to relieve yourself of those flabs. mahirap at matagal na process kasi kahit ako ongoing pa sa ganyang process e hehe kelangang lang magmadali kasi magsusummer na  :-D

oo ok aerobics kasi nakakapagod yan. basta lahat ng nakakapagod pangpawala ng bilbil yan.

depende..qng masarp tlga kumaen xempreh walang pkialam..hehe..pero it come to a point nah..na kailangan ko na pala maging consious kasi konti na lng magiging obese nq..kaya what i did...bago pumasok ng work..half rice lang tpos  sa ulam madami..tapos water therapy para mbusog..heheeh...sa una mahirap pero sanayan lang din..kaso side effect nun skin..pag weekend at wala ng work..dun aq nkakain ng sobra..parang ndeprived aq sa food..bwahahah.pero still works for me..slowly but surely,^^

may nabasa ako dude, hindi nakaka tanggal ng bilbil ang sit ups and crunches, di ko alam bakit ,pampa-abs ata yun..

jogging,boxing,biking + diet = macho
