Fiber cleanses the digestive system. And lowers blood cholesterol.
I take "Fibermate". 16pp lang sa mercury. You can take it 3x a week.

But don't overdo it.

problema ko din tiyan ko eh..hehe..from waistline 28 naging 34 n ngayun..

dalawa lang ang sikreto ng pampatanggal ng excess fat (beer belly, man boobs... etc) EXERCISE and DIET... you have to burn more calories than you consume. Kaya siguro mas bumilis lumiit yung waist ni lozano dahil oatmeal has less calories than rice and it's more filling (madaling nakakabusog).

tama.. itakbo mo lang yan araw araw tanggal yan in less than 2 months..

start ka 10 minutes na jogging kada umaga.. then pataasin mo the next day 15 mins naman hanggang sa kaya mo.. 20 minute jog a day eh mejo oks na, kung kaya mo ng 30 mins every other day for sure sa di matatapos ang 2nd month liliit na tyan mo

Eat vegetables,grains,fruit crops and fruits if you can,wak masyado sa carbs,eat more protein..
Dont drink too much water after a heavy meal,it will dilute your gastric juices which aids in digesting your food.Too diluted gastric acids means food is not easily digested  instead take a few sips of water.
Cardio workout is also important...

Mas madali magakaroon ng abs kapag wala ka na "beer" belly hehe  :-D

Since may ng umpisa na ng thread na to..

may mga tatanong dn ako..

for the past 9 months..

nakaupo lang ako sa trabaho..

biglang lumaki chan ko!

malakas ako kumain at mabilis dn ako kumain...

at wala akong exercise, exercise ko na ay un paminsan minsan na gig ( magbuhat ng gears..)

before ako ngwork sa present company ko ay super payat ko..

then after 9 months..baboy na..

any advice?

nahihiya kasi ako mg gym..panay macho tao dun..

gawin mo bro pag lunch, light meal lang.Kase sa mga office sandali lang ang

lunch break so konti lang yung time mo para bumaba yung kinain mo.So the

best way is to eat a heavy breakfast then light meal for lunch, then healthy

snack sa hapon then light meal ulit pag dinner.

And wag ka mahiya mag-gym.Kaya ka nga mag-ggym to lose weight and to

be "macho".HEHE.Di lahat ng nag-ggym macho agad. :-D

during my 1st break.. around 4am (15 min)

kinakain ko na yung para sa lunch ko..

den pag lunch around 6am (1 hr)

matutulog ako..
