effective na supplements sa gym..?

ang goal ko kasi to get bigger.. ano kaya maisusuggest nyo? yung mga bouncer diyan help me..hehe :lol:

weider amino 6000!  :wink: samahan mo na din ng weider na choco powder! 1hr before and after working out! :-)

if you want to get bigger, you have to... eat, lift and sleep. kung sa supplements naman, try some weight gainers like megamass.

depende din sa genetics ang supplements, what worked for me might not work for you, try to visit the gymaholic thread.

yeah, yung iba nagkakaron ng pimples sa likod, pero hindi lahat, sa kin wala namang side effects.

megamass 4000 lang bro, hehehe, madami akong tinetake na supplements, right now i'm taking centrum, creatine, amino 6000, nitrix and megamass.

di ba masama pag iba iba ginagamit? ano nba masusuggest mo na gamitin ko.. tumigil din ako almost 1year na

different supplements for different purposes bro. centrum and animal pak as my multivitamins, universal creatine for muscle's water supply hehehe, amino is also needed to build muscle, nitrix for added pump, and megamass for protein.

supplements alone won't work, kelangan mo pa rin kumain syempre, hehehe. ano bang goal mo? bumigat at lumaki lang? o gain muscle?

siguraduhin mo na mag-e-exercise ka if you take these supplements. otherwise it could lead to serious illnesses, like heart ailments, high blood pressure.....

meron iniinom yung friend ko, its a meal replacement protein powder with 54g of protein per scoop. that's a lot of protein. I think it has the highest concentration (if not one of the highest). its recommended use is only for 3 months straight with whole milk. You will get bulky, but you can also get fat if you don't work out.

creatine helps, try adding chromium, it helps too.

ah yung nitro tech, ang mahal non dito bro, 7.5k sa gnc, di ko gusto lasa nya, sobrang tamis at hindi madaling tunawin sa tubig, kelangan pa naka-shaker, dalawang 5.5lb nitrotech ang naubos ko, good results, pero di ko ma-take yung lasa!

i want to try pro complex, kaso wala akong mabili dito, 60g of protein per serving.

whey = higher protein content, less calories.
weight gainer = high protein, more calories.

ok ba to nitro tech? :lol:

worked for me, pero overpriced pag dito ka sa pinas bumili, tastes like sustagen choco.
