Tama! Beware of "over-protein". If you take supplemental proteins, make sure you work out your muscles.

-Regdg sa weight gainers. Highly recommended ung Mega Mass. Because extra calories builds muscles.

ako gumagamit ako... ginagamit ko yung puti yung ordinary..

-nawawalan ng gana kumain
-more power pag nabubuhat
-mas maraming pawis
-2am na nakakatulog :-D

pag naubos ko na yung puti.. bibili na ako nung hydrocycut hardcore(red yung capsule)

i used to take hydroxycut hardcore, 2 caps before i workout, medyo malakas ang tama, feeling mo hyper na hyper ka. hehehe.

pwede bang pagsabayin ko yung inom ng whey at weight gainer? bale yung whey e yung pre at post workout drink ko tapos pag off days naman sa gym, weight gainer naman.  :?

kung beginner kalang, wag muna. Kain buhat at tulog lang solve ka na. Lean meat like tuna, chicken w/o skin and white fish at mani. Wag kalimutan ng skim milk. Pag nag whey ka pa, sayang lang or worse, kidney failure ang aabutin mo pag over protein.

Though kung batak ka na, di ko na alam diskarte. Mas maigi parin IMO, kung natural na pagkain ang protein source mo. Yung kakilala ko, multivitamins lang tsaka pagkain lang pero batak sobra katawan niya.

if you want to gain mass try ON serious mass. pag may mass ka na switch ka to whey protein, stack it with NO xplode or creatine... dont depend on supplements too much... remember they're just "supplements". lift hard, eat big, rest....

what is the difference between amino6000 and creatine?

amino is a protein supplement while creatine is more on recovery. creatine will give you the additional push in your workout and it can also speed up the recovery process of your muscles...

if you want to get big, be sure to eat big as well..you really dont need supplements to do that. what's impt though is to make sure to use those excess calories to fuel up your workout...we dont want them to be converted as fat

im using UN Muscle Juice Revolution right now. its a mass gainer. 56g of protein. nagpapa-mass pa kase ako. target weight ko is 165lbs. then cut down to 155-150lbs sa summer...

wow talaga pinakamahirap magmaintain hehehe morethan 10years na ako sa gym injuries lang nagpapatigil sakin ideal weight ko 165 putok na putok na ako nun hehehe nga 184 hahaha putok ang tiyan hahaha hirap magdiet banda and inum kalaban hahaha ngayon wla na ako supplement beer lang at grandma hahaha
kung eco type ka ayus yan pero kung meso ka ngayon pa lang samahan mo na ng diet unless gusto mo magcompete!!! :-D
