How do you import and edit midis using cakewalk?

File > Open (name of midi file)   or, you can just drag the midi into an open space in cakewalk like i said over at MTPA.

To edit, use the pencil and eraser tools.

When in doubt, press F1 - it's practically the manual in help format.
