Hahaha. Kuha ka na din!  :) Ako din sobrang busy, but I will always find time for myself, kailangan balanse. And I think Pedals and guitars yung stress reliever ko, so I need to find time for them. Whether acquisition or tingin tingin lang. haha

Nova Delay. The most versatile delay that I have ever used.

+1 on Nova Delay. Pristine Sounding delay, small footprint kasyang kasya sa board, may tap tempo na, with 9 presets, at mura pa sya for the versatility and sound it can offer.

Dd5 or nova delay? Eto na pinagpipilian ko ngayon.. Anu mas worth it?

To answer your first question, between the two, hands down Nova delay. Kasi mas versatile sya, you have 9 presets and another 1 on manual mode. May option ka for dotted 8ths, quarter, triplets, or combinations.
May modulation din for all delay types. Madali din gamitin live. Small footprint including yung tap tempo nya. And based sa sound mas pristine sounding yung Nova delay, yun lang di sya pwede for darker repeats.

Favorite ko yung DD5 in terms of dotted 8ths, the best talaga. hehe
I have both before sa board ko, DD5 plus Nova delay combo, the best yun.
I think mga around 8k yung Nova delay sa used market ngayon. :-D

I use Flashback x4, TRex Taptone and Boss DD5

I use the DD5 strictly for dotted 8ths. you can never go wrong with that pedal pang dotted hehehehe.

I use TRex Taptone for subtle delays, flashback preset 1: Delay-Mod
Preset 2: Space Delay with high feedback setting
Preset 3: For "solo"

Hello I use Nova repeater.

Thanks bro NTM!
What do you mean DARKER REPEATS? san mo ginagamit un?  :?

Hahaha. Darker repeats, means analog delay. Parang warm yung repeats nya. Yung Nova Delay kasi digital talaga kahit sa iturn down mo yung tone knob nya (analog to tape), medyo bright parin repeats.

it's a cheaper alternative. you will have 10 banks of 3 preset delay (stereo, modulated, tape, etc). plus you have a separate tap tempo switch.

soundwise - pwede na sya compared with boss or other delay pedal

doh!!!

Hi guys, can you please draw a good comparison between Boss DD-20 and TC Nova Delay?  Like as simple as a pros and cons statement. My heart says go for the Nova but I need to be convinced by the DD-20 (because of some kind of circumstance). I have already read some posts about this on TGP and other similar forums but I would love to hear something from you mga sirs.

Thanks!  :)

EDIT: I did my research on the DD-20, hindi ba talaga ito capable of doing dual delay sounds similar to Hillsong's? Deal breaker ito for me if totoo.
