Bka sa C18 650 pa din kami    Sa subscoops kasi mas ok tumunog ang C18 650 kaysa sa Jh181 at Jh186 ng crown.  Ang Sd18 panalo sa bigger boxes like wbox, L36, WSx etc.,.

i tried some of these before - beyma g50 800w woofers.  made in spain.  wala na yatang dealer nito ngayon dito sa pinas.  also a terrific speaker!

Boz ang nagpapapasok ng BeymA dati ay ang Music Box sa PampangA    Kakapasyal ng frends namin las wk.  GandA daw ng WSX18 subs nlA.  Iwan ang L36 at Subzero kwento ng frends ko.  Ang amp gamit ay Crown 3600vz.  May nakaset-up din daw na BeymA 18 pero for demo purposes na lang.  Hindi nA daw cla nag-iiimport ng Beyma.

correct.  my previous wsx18 subs (from cavite) were installed with the sd 18el 1000w.  i think it's the reason on why 'nagkalampagan' ang loob ng subs ko hahaha.  we think the sd18 is too much for this sub hehe.  so we decided to get the wsx version from music box (just to be sure this time) and as far the previous and current owners of wsx here,  they recommend the c-18elf 800w.    busog na daw sa 800 watts.

i have also read from another forum that a 1000 watter speaker is an overkill in a WSX e.g. the V18 1000 and the SD18. besides, the original driver in the martin WSX is rated 600W AES, 2400 peak (http://www.martin-audio.com/products/WSX.asp). but the original driver has a high xmax. about P Audio drivers, according to the specs, mas mataas ang xmax ng C18 800w kaysa SD18. kaya okay na ang C18 800W. for me, tama na sa akin ang C18650EL.

you are correct with that sir.  the original driver for the wsx18 is indeed rated at 600watts (based from i've read din).  for the xmax issue,  i was told that p-audio uses a 'conservative' computation.  but i just set aside the fine prints and actually do an actual test    the c18 650 is also a good woofer for the wsx18.

Boss any reviews yet??  Naikwento na sakin ito ng isang friend namin.  May tech sila na nag-part time kay Exile sa isang gig.  Ang gamit yata ni Exile before ay 4 per side na dual 18 subs.  I think Jbl Vertech subs yung.  Then they compared these Wsx using 4 per side only (single 18).  Sound spl almost same but with better throw using the Wsx   Even compared sa mga L36s.  Better throw at spl pa din ang Wsx.    Just sharing.

+1. Standard wattage for 18" is 800 watts.  1000 watts for me is an overkill except if you have a powerful amplifier to drive it 

I find the C18elf very efficient.  On another forum in Europe, it's now a popular woofer that fits well onto some DIY enclosures.
