I can't see the flames from pics. Does it have a translucent stain/finish in the cavity? Can you differentiate the maple cap from the mahogany body? Can you see the line where the bookmatched tops are glued together?
You can see right below the high E string, there's the glued maple cap on the mahogany.. other than that, I don't see any signs of the flame.. Well, I guess mine has a Maple cap with a photoflame..
at least it still has a maple cap on top of the mahogany...
however,, I changed my mind on having her covered with gold dust.. after all, I named her Sakura Gakki right?
...and just to tell you guys a short story on how I got her name:
we all know that Sakura in Japanese means cherry, right? Mine has a cherry burst and its from Fuji-Gen and Gakki meaning musical instrument. So there you have it my fellow LP lovers, presenting my beloved
