    * Your full name and contact number
    * Shirt orders with the proper size and color (if applicable). The shirt sizes chart is over here.
    * How you want to claim them: meet-up in Ayala-Rockwell-Ortigas area or sent via courier. Please note that the courier fee will be extra.
    * Mode of payment: cash on delivery for orders to be picked up, bank deposit (BPI Family Bank) for orders to be sent via courier.

As of December 1: the shirts will be ready by next week. We'll inform you as soon as we get our hands on them

We'll also be in the Toys and Gifts Fair in SM Megamall this December 19-21, 2008 so you can also pick up your orders then
