So x3/live users come on in and share ideas, info, experience etc etc of the glorious pod X3/L!!

i asked sir Turi to make a pedalboard for my x3l to hide the two sonic stomps i plug my outputs to.  will post pics later, but the whole process got me thinking about further "improvements" on the x3l - given our constant GAS, what other pedals would you add to the pod?

nag add ako ng drive pedals at analog delay pedal. yung cs100 eh package sa diy monde psu 

definitely will add a chorus pedal and 1 more pedal, ill replace the sod-1 sa isang TOD..
siguro isang OCD clone. im all set.

if God intended and with His provisions.. sell all the analog pedals of a M9

i've been thinking of adding drive pedals, specifically a barber dirty bomb, a way huge swollen pickle and a jmorrero dzound to my rig, but everytime i get ready to pull the trigger, i find myself saying, "teka, i already have 79 amp models in the pod.  what do i need a drive pedal for?"

lagi ko iniisip yan sir pag bibili ako ng pedal.. matagal tagal kong pinaglabanan yan.. hehe.. at salamat sa Diyos dahel dun menos gastos.
pero masasabi ko talaga na nothing beats the real deal.  lalo na sa drives.
im very poor at tweaking drives kasi. boils down to our tastes talaga.

since ang pod may limitations like a stomp, mod, delay sa iisang patch. hindi pwedeng dalawang delay o mod na pagsabayin.
kung dual tone naman hindi sila nag iistack. so ayun reasons ku kung bakit gusto ko ng M9 na din siguro..

2 pod xtl combine + saucey feats ang x3l for me.

i heard na i can stock 3 delays at once.. new experience and experimental learning for a growing guitarist like me.

i plug the x3l's stereo outputs into the stereo line in of a crate powerblock, then into a stereo 2x12 cab.  the sonic stomps let me dial in clarity and "chug" into different amps, pretty useful when i plug into the fender princetons at VCF.

my effects needs are pretty simple though.  give me a digital delay on dotted eighths and small room reverb and i'm ready to go.  i use the boost+eq module to overdrive the models, then pag sinumpong, i'd do a little tremolo or chorus, but i tend to think of those as special effects.  i love amp models and use effects sparingly, swak talaga sa pod.

pod + m9? bigtime rig, dude.  pero mas malala pa GAS ko nowadays - thinking of investing in a spider valve head that i can connect to the pod via 4CM

yup contenders ng POD X3L ang mga nasabi mong effects. yung POD na RED na tinutukoy mo eh ibang effects naman yun, i mean ibang itsura. BEAN TYPE. yung may dadag na word na LIVE like PODXTLIVE, PODX3LIVE also known as PODXTL and PODX3L ay pedalboard type. yung PODXT and PODX3 ay bean type of effects. pumunta ka na lang sa line6 website for further explanation.

well, that's to be expected.  Line6 didn't do itself any favors launching the x3l too early.  the first batches really had quality control problems.  people should really try them out though.  the amp models on these are the best in its price range imo.

yes it can. if you look at the second row of buttons in the x3l, you'll see that there are separate footswitches for "stomp", "mod", "delay" and "comp".  there's also a separate tap tempo switch.

gayahin natin sa Lincoln.. 

he uses an AC30 for stage volume pero all his sounds are out from the P.A.
i do the same... but i just cant get his tone..

hmmm not sure.  better to register it to the site just to be sure.  line6 monkey usually checks if your product is registered (it logs into the line6 website when monkey is activated). 

i got my x3l via trade, so i had to ask the original owner to unregister the x3l before i could register it under my name.  hassle talaga, but it makes things so much easier down the line with software upgrades.
