naniniwala ako na nakaka payat ang puyat. kung ang kain mo sa gabi konti lang. problema kasi pag puyat ka kain ng kain. minsan sa umaga na matutulog pagkatapos mag almusal. ayun talagang hindi ka papayat nun. tataba ka pa. tulad ng ginagawa ko :lol:

nakakapagpatanda ang puyat... sabi nila mag mumukha kang mas matanda pag puyat palagi tapos magkakaroon ng pimples... pero ndi naman ata nakakapag papayat...

Depende yan. Kung puyat ka nga tapos boung maghapon eh tuloog ka naman at ang lakas mong kumain eh malamang di ka papayat.. Nangyari na sakin yan. Gising ako simula 6pm hanggang 9am tapos tulog ako ulit hanggang 6pm. Ganun lang parati tapos pag gabi ang lakas ko pa kumain, kaya yun lalo lang akong tumaba. kasi ang nangyari eh parang nagulo lang yung body clock ko.. :-D

I don't think depriving yourself of sleep will do you any good so I'll just give you some fitness tips. :-D

Taken from another thread:

I'll share what I know.

1. Starving yourself is never a good thing because it kills your metabolism altogether. Low metabolic rate = you get fat faster when you increase you food intake even just a little bit. You need food for strength. What you should focus on cutting is your fat intake. Carbs? Take in enough to fuel your day-to-day activities.

The bottomline is you should eat (and eat healthy) when you are hungry.

2. Regular cardio helps you burn fat and makes your heart and lungs stronger. I also found out recently that cancer cells don't thrive on well oxygenated bodies. Who wouldn't want that?

3. Strength training/body building increases your lean muscle mass, which in turn boosts your resting metabolism, which makes you burn more calories (even while doing nothing), which ultimately makes it a lot harder for you to get fat.

4. Supplements? Most fat burners, at least the "good" ones, cause palpitation and light-headedness. I personally just take whey protein to help me get the most out of my workouts. Again, more muscle = more calories burned even while you're sleeping.

5. Less junk and more of real food. Grab an apple instead of a bag of chips. Both will satisfy your hunger but that bag of chips will only give you empty calories.

You don't have to completely detach yourself from junk food. You can still have some from time to time.

6. Diet sodas never work. The artificial sweeteners in them will actually trigger your body to crave for more calories than usual.

Hindi naman. :wink:

I used to work at the main office of a well-known fast food chain and we had 3 taste-testing sessions every week, which meant regular fast food intake. During this time, I had to stop working out for two months because of time constraints.

I did put on some weight but not as much as I would if I haven't worked out for the past 7 or 8 months.

By the way, it was also during the Christmas season so you can only imagine how much food I was taking in. :lol:

kung kulang ng tulog ang isang tao, rumarami ang ghrelin at kumukonti yung leptin sa body niya.. leptin has a role in suppressing appetite.. kabaliktaran naman ang role ng ghrelin..

ang alam ko is pagnagpupuyat ka, ibig sabhin d ka natutulog or late kang matutulog, mas mas matagal ang oras na gising ka, therefore, mas matagal nag buburn ng calories ung katawan mo to keep u awake, malaki rin cgro factor na mas matagal kang nagdidigest, kasi pag tulog ka mas hindi active ung system mo eh. pagkaalam ko ganun haha
