patapos kelangan siguro uminom ng madaming tubig din...kundi gout or bato din ang problema nito. hehehe

Yes, soya milk is very helpful in bodybuilding. It is a great source of "GLUTAMINE" and other essential BCAA (Branch Chain Amino Acids).
It is also essential during recovery period after workout.

In fact yung mga whey protein na nabibili is supplemented with glutamine.
Wag lang sosobrahan kasi since it is made fm beans, dapat tama lang.

ok ang soya milk sakin. nung time na parang inuulcer ako, ito yung iniinom ko imbes na kape.

ok na ok tong inumin lalo na sa mga nagwo-work out. kasi protein sya. adik ako dito sobra. araw araw akong umiinom nito. ok na alternative sa gatas lalo na kapag lactose intolerant ka. 8-)

Mas maganda before workout. Kasi glutamine prevents "cortisol" ( pag-liit ng muscles pag na over fatigue and when you're dieting).
*In short glutamine helps in burning fat and building muscles. It should also be taken before cardio.

back when i was still living in Macao that was my everyday drink. Its something that alot of people regularly drink. Its really tasty unlike here sa Philippines mejo super diluted na ung dito eh.

yes..soy milk is healthy! and it is my favorite drink!
wag lang sobra..kasi lahat naman ng sobra ay masama..
eto rin yung isa sa mga key on dieting (for me).. before i was 200lbs.. then i lost 40lbs in 6 months!
syempre..it's not all soy milk.. kasama dun ang regular exercise(cleaning the house and doing dishes are enough), gym (vacation lang), healthy diet (pero low calorie diet.. it means NO SUGAR as much as possible and NO OILY FOODS, say goodbye to fastfoods and chocolates! hehe!), tapos ratio ng vegetable ko sa kanin ay baliktad.. then i drink soy milk mga 3 times a week lang..depende pag trip..
