Any reviews on BOSS ME-5? HELP?

mga music dudes,

does any of you guys get to used a Boss ME-5? wanna hear what you can say about the pedal.. any reviews?
positive or negative? i wanna hear specially about the SOUND QUALITY of the unit..

thnx.. im planning to get one posted on the forums coz i saw 1, it fits my budget.. i just wanna make sure that i get a good one.. thnx
