Cardio pare. Jogging or jumping rope or any other "physical activity :evil:", as long as your pulse rate stays at least 140 bpm for 20 minutes.

Banat jumping rope, push-up, moderate weight training and sit-ups ako nung '10 holiday season kaya hindi ako lumaki despite naparami nang konte ang kain.

Present!!! 5'2 lng ako pero 31 na mga pantalon ko...hirap narin ako yumuko pag may mga pinupulot... kakatamad nga talaga magpapawis lalo pag inborn batugan...hahaha! Dati din akong athlete during my hs and elem days... nung natutu ng mag gitara,dko na nabantayan katawan ko... wala naman akong bisyo,dpa k nakakatikim ng yosit alak malakas lang talaga akong lumamon at sa ma cold drins and soda... baka this year magatemp akong mag gym... nachachalange kasi ako sa fiancee ko...haha! Senxa sa sms, cp mode ako ngaun... bow

na take ko na yan . chinese coffee yan . sa una  dko type ung lasa ang sagwa. kc ako after ko mg breakfast iinom ako nian .. and then pnta gym para mg workout . and make sure lang na mdami dapat kaung 2big . kc ma dedehydrate kau jan. tpos na natutuyuan ka pa ng lalamunan . pero walang side effects. after 1 month ,mejo nabawasan ung fats ko. heheheh. :-D :-D :-D :-D

oo bro, sobrang nakakadehydrate talaga siya. nakakailang baso ako ng tubig sa isang araw hangang mawalan ka ng gana sa pagkain. naka 10 palang ako na sachet tapos sinabayan ko ng work out nabawasan ako ng 5 pounds dito.

There is no such thing as "spot fat removal".

Kahit maging violet na ung mukha mo kaka-sit ups, crunch o kahit ano pang ab exercise, kung hindi naman tama ung diet/nutrition mo at hindi ka nagccardio exercises, hindi mawawala ung beer belly. Ang ab exercises ay nagdedevelop ng muscles hindi tinatanggal ang taba.

Myth: Nakakaliit ng tiyan ang ab exercises (sit ups, planks, etc.)

Truth: Good Cardio + Good nutrition = mawawala ung fats sa katawan including ung tiyan.

Kaysa mag 100 sit ups a day ka, mag bike, jogging or maglakad ka na lang everyday, tapos 15 crunches every other day. Bawasan ang calories at fat sa diet. Basahin ung nutrition facts (na nakikita usually sa likod) bago bumili ng pagkain.

I think so.. Eating slowly or chewing your food thoroughly helps your body digest food easier.

you need to not find and excude to run or jog.ako 1 month pa lang nag jog at konting buhat pero napakalaki ng pagbabago.mejo hirap lang din sa dyeta kasi i dont starve myself.pero kaya paliitin yang tyan na yan.may tyan pa din ako pero eto lang yan, find time and the effort to do it.no other way.
dati nag subscribe ako sa idea ng tnl tnl na yan pero you just gotta make way for changes kung trip mo.ang target ko ay mag ka abs at maging fit talaga so i find the time to do it.

btw 7k everydaya ko sa up diliman.thats 3 rounds in 45 mins.pramis laking pagbabago.
