HOW DOES Power Supply WORKS? HELP! HELP!

I have very minimal knowledge on how power supply work for pedals. I have a Hellbabe Wah, CS-3, Ds-2 and a DD-3 pedal na nasa customized pedal board and i alotted a space for power supply but i don't know exactly how power supplies work for them. What's the best power supply or the most ideal to use for them. Bago pa lang kasi ako nakabili and i only use batteries for them, nagwowory lang ako for live gigs baka mashado madami yung wirings nang power supply and yung dc chains and mahirapan me sa pag set up or sa pagtapak dahil marami sagabal. I have no idea kung paano nagwowork yung power supply "technically". See if tama yung idea ko, You insert the end of the dc chain sa adapter tapos yung ibang ends sa pedals na agad..or this one - sa pedal na may power supply, kagaya nang chromatic tuner or other pedals na dual purpose before sa mga pedals?? Pero i've heard merong psm-5 sa boss. Help lang talga mga tol, mejo bago pa lang kasi ako gumamit nang stomp box and i don't have idea how to supply power for my pedals, thanks sobra sa tutulong! hehe daming topics about adapters lately..coincidentally, kakabili ko rin ng boss adapter kahapon tsaka ibanez DC5...
you can connect the adapter directly sa DC(Daisy chain), it is not required na meron ka pang pedal like the boss NS2, LS2, TU2 or PSM5.. bonus lang from these pedals yung pwede kang mag power ng ibang pedals. another smart thing na pwede mong gawin is, yung isang terminal ng DC chain mo, ikabit mo sa mga pedals i mentioned, tapos pwede ka ulit mag daisy chain ng another set of pedals...
next question is, meron bang limit yung adapter na load? and ilang pedals bago ma overload yung adapter... yung mga engineers natin ang makakasagot nyan..di ko rin sure e.

current rating pare! yung cumulative current rating ng lahat ng pedals should be equal to (ideal situation) or less (practical situation) than the current rating of the main power supply.

but some switchmode PSUs like to have a certain amount of load for them to operate normally. Kumbaga mastrip nila pag nahihirapan sila

ung bang onespot na powersupply pwede na sya? i mean when you plug the actual adaptor to the D chain pwede na i distribute ung DC chain ends. im planning to get a DC chain this June from Tom Lee. Please help
