dinagdag ko na ba yung "i call your name" sa early set list?

eto pa...

"boys" (where the beatles didn't bother to do much gender switching from the shirelles' original)
"what you're doing" (wala lang. sarap lang tugtugin yung intro sa drums, though for a beatles song, it's average.)
"i'm down" (pwedeng-pwede magwala yung mga would-be billy preston or nicky hopkins, though AFAIK si lennon yung keyboardista dito. at mas pwede pang magwala sa vocals!)

will think of more over the weekend...

and correction, sir slowhandpal...di po ako bassist.

i'm a drummer and frustrated singer (who drives his girlfriend crazy when he screams along to "oh darlin'" or "don't let me down"), but first and foremost, a drummer...

if i may suggest re: performance venue, we can try asking the mods/jam EB organizers (BAMF, michiko_airashii) if they can let our beatles jam cross over with the monthly philmusic EB's, usually held at ten O2. parang special edition ng PM EB for december, commemorating john lennon's 30th death anniversary. sounds like a nice plan to get a wider audience, but first, what do you guys think?

would this be feasible?

Now what we do is combine my two sets (early beatles and coming of age beatles) to come up with 15 tunes for the first set (1958-1966)

Remember, 15 lang po. BUT I KNOW THIS WILL MAKE OUR HEADS SPIN IN DIZZINESS AS WE DON'T WANT TO LEFT OUT ANY TUNE. I understand we want to PLAY THEM ALL!

1. from Prehistoric Beatles up to Rubber Soul
2. Psychedelic/Experimental (Revolver, Sgt. Pepper, Magical Mystery Tour, Yellow Submarine)
3. The Downfall (White Album, Abbey Road, Let It Be)

Ang masakit lang talaga sa ulo, ang pagpili ng specific songs for each set. LOL

Haha.. before our heads spin altogether, I guess its better to equally share the burden so we can move much faster.

Burnsbhm with endshiftresignwill take care of set 1, Ninejuicyjulius with stringman for set 2 and me with lennon/mc cartney on set 3.

I'll be posting the songs to be played for set 3 tonight. Skeds too tight to squeeze today.
