Canon 55-250is - what do you think?

I've been eyeing this budget lens for a while now, pandagdag sa king arsenal. Anyone who used it personally? Pros and cons.

I am not expecting much with this lens, but I really think it does the job.

Where is the best place to buy this lens and how much?

Or should I get a Sigma 70-300/4-5.6 APO DG ? Price are the same from dponline.
