may nagkaiba ba sa kanilang dalawa?

pano ba malaman kung 05 or 06 ung ipod ..may nakasulat ba sa box or sa unit?

yes, may difference sila - storage space, battery life, and size.

pagdating sa basic features, same lang.

yung sa battery life - dati kasi mga 10-12 hours lang sa audio yung kaya pero ngayon up to 20 hours na ata. sa video, dati 2 hrs - ngayon siguro mga 2.5 or 3 hours kaya.

yung sa storage space - dati 30 at 60 GB ang models pero ngayon ay 30 at 80 GB models na. so kung sa 30 GB - walang pagkakaiba yung dalawa.

yung sa size, mas napanipis pa ata nila yung unit compared to yung 5th gen 2005 version

i tink mas nagmura din in terms of price. para maka-compete. especially true ito sa US kasi dati $299 yung 30GB tapos ngayon, $ 249 na lang. Malaking difference din yun ah!

i guess if you're thinking of buying one now, i suggest that na maghintay ka muna. most probably, apple will release within the year a new iPod video that has a bigger screen and perhaps even better battery life

sorry, di ko alam paano malalaman yung pagkakaiba lalo na kung nasa kahon, hehehe. pwede naman siguro itanong kung kelan ito sinimulang ibenta ng shop. then that can already be a clue

the 5g(2005) has Gorillaz on one side of the box and U2 on the other... the 5.5(2006) has the Red Hot Chilli Peppers on one side and Johnny Depp(Pirates of the Carribean 2) on the other...

the only technical difference between the 2 is that they upgraded from the 60 gig to an 80 gig(same size btw, just more memory).. 30 gig is still the same size also...

the screens are also a lot brighter on the 5.5 and they have a search feature which the 5g didn't have..

oh yea.. the 5.5 also comes with a different/better designed headphones than the previous ipods
