pagkain?
here's my story
since high school tamad aku kumain ng fruits..
pero during meals, matakaw aku sa kamatis(technically its a fruit)
napansin ko rare lang aku mgka pimple, as in, still my face lo0ks young and im 25 na.
tomatoes are good for the skin..
fresh - vitamin C
boiled or ginisa - mapapansin niyo mejo may asim na, lychopine(tama ba spelling) na yun. good sa skin.
sa mga medstudents/nurses/docs paki correct nalang po if may mali.. thanks
