mga sir! any ideas sa pag basic na pag soundproof ng isang room for studio use.. thanks! =)

If you can get your hands on some materials.....

Stagger your studs on the walls
If possible double the walls
Use really thick insulation (fiber insulation) inside your walls

There's a product called Auralex.....they are foams you can use to take care of all your echoes

These are the steps I did for my studio

san nakakabili ng auralex? may nag recomend din sakin ng dynamat na ginagamit sa cars.. ok kaya un? tnx! =)

i think the dynamat should work to a certain degree. but frzrsnatch's idea is the better solution

Phil, ano ba talaga ang rock wool tsaka sheet rock? Parati kong nababasa yan sa mga soundproofing discussions. Wanna find out kung may local equivalent.
