Gladstone Technique...help on this please

i've heard of the Moeller technique but what is this Gladstone technique?

i tried to look for it in youtube.com but it just shows the actual technique but doesn't explain or break it down clearly...

i'm sure that this technique is very useful to us so i hope that drummers here could elaborate this for those who want to learn it...

isang malupit na paghahanap sa mundo ng mga torrent files (im not promoting piracy here.. just being honest). tinamaan ako ng sobra nung sinabi ni jojo mayer sa video na.. "you bought this right?!" hehe. 1week kong inantay matapos ang download. ahay.

anyway, bout the video.. sobrang precise and concise ng methods. very helpful talaga.

OT...  Yes I've seen the Jojo Mayer's Secret Weapons For The Modern Drummer DVD.  My mentor lend me his original copy.  I copied it on my computer.  But I plan to get its original DVD.  Sobrang sulit kasi. 

Thanks to that DVD, I now have a greater understanding of the physical factors on grips and hand movements.  I'm going along his lessons step by step.  And Jojo's insights and tips are inspiring and very helpful.  Sobrang laking tulong.

I believe we can request/special order the Jojo Mayer DVD at Sound Essentials in SM MOA.  Or better yet, if you have relatives or friends in the US, ask them to buy you a copy.
