di ko din alam. pero kung sa bass lines yan, i suggest using a note's 3rd, 4th, 5th,  tsaka 7th.

parang ganito:
_____n_________
_n-1_n_n+1_n+2_
_____n_________

using standard tuning syempre. works well.  :-D

i find that counter-productive.

you use the scale to label the chords, notes, progression, etc. you DON'T use a scale to DICTATE the song.

Commonly used scale in reggae is a blues scale. That's definitely a minor scale. But anyways, you can try improvising it to suit your style...

By trying to look unique, everyone ends up looking the same.
-goes with the "sound" too

pinaka common na scale na gamit sa reggae would be blues scale. most of the time blues scale with flat 5th and flat 7th (common sa bob marley songs)  :-D

Somewhat common: Major Diatonic, Minor Diatonic, Major Pentatonic, Minor Pentatonic

Less common: Minor Diatonic with a flat 5th (the "blue" note), and without the 2nd

it depends on the key of the song. but most of the time, reggae music is in the minor keys.
Blues and pentatonic scales work best for this style. and sometimes, the natural minor also fits.
