Hi bro.. for me it's ok to start with a drive pedal, delay tsaka chorus.. a wah pedal di pa masyado.. pero un depende naman yan sa lineup niyo and mostly sa songs na tinutugtog niyo.. as for power supply you might want to consider ung godlyke na power supply for a start. HTH  :)

Consider adding a pedal tuner on your list  :)

Basic setup when starting a pedalboard would be tuner. Overdrive and delay. That's it. You don't actually NEED wah. Those 3 (or 4 if you want to add 2nd stage drive) are what you really need...it will cover a lot of songs.

Regarding your budget, here's my list. For 2nd hand prices mga yan...
Tuner (korg pitchblack or Boss TU2) - 2k to 2,5k
Overdrive (I suggest Boss BD2) - around 3,5k
Delay (DD5 or DD7) 5k. For delays mas maganda kasi may tap tempo. Then add ka 1k for tap tempo.
Get a Visual Sound 1spot for power supply - 1,5k including daisy chain.
For pedalboard, gawa ka nalang gamit maliit na plywood and laptop case hehehe. Ganyan ginawa ko noon eh. Hehe.

Kung kaya pa ng budget for 2nd stage drive....get Tubescreamer. Hehe.

Yung mga prices na yan pwede pa bumaba kapag may mga nakita kang mas mababa na deal. Yan lang yung kadalasang value nya sa ad. Hehe.

By the way, di mo naman siguro kailangan na All-Boss-Setup diba? Hehe. Madame mas magandang drives dyan kesa sa mga drive ng Boss. BD2 lang ok na taste sakin pag dating sa boss. Hehehe. Try mo yung iba din. Or ipon. Hehehe magastos ang pedals....so be wise sa pagbili. Hehe.
