I asked for a 14-inch snare reso head at JB MUsic and they gave me an Evans TT14GR 14" Genera Resonant Tom. I asked again and they said, "Pwede yan Sir." Please advise. Thanks.

I returned it and they replaced it with a Remo Hazy Reso Head na meron naman pala. <_< IKR.
Taka lang naman ako kung bakit Tom reso ang binigay nila nung una samantalang linaw naman na kailangan ko ng snare side na reso.

Dehins. Makapala tom reso sa snare reso. Anong branch yan sir?

No.

pwede naman. pero mejo mas makapal ang tom reso so mababawasan ang sensitivity nung snare. mejo mamamatay tunog, pero yes, useable.
I wouldn't do it tho...

Most drummers use a 3mil head as snare reso, like the Evans Hazy300 or Remo Ambassador Reso.
The Evans TT14GR is a 10mil clear head. You can even use it as a batter head because it has the same thickness as the Evans G1 clear and Remo Ambassador clear. You COULD use it, for that matter you could use anything, as a snare reso head. Pero bamban at walang putok ang tunog ng snare mo if you use it as a snare reso.
