Inom ka ng maraming beer ;)

TAMA!!!!  :-D

Ako i just look at my guitar when i play ahha...

Well i guess ONE warming up for a long time helps very much kasi you're confident of what you're about to play.

TWO practice practice practice can negate all stage fright

para saken, to overcome yung kaba sa stage, listen carefully to what you're playing, pakiramdaman mong mabuti yung mga ka-banda mo, AT, isipin mong walang nanonood (unless televised yung gig na yun. hahahaha.... mas nakakatakot)  :-D

P.S. oo alam ko guitar central thread to at percussions yung tinutugtog ko. hehe.. what the hell..

i still have butterflies in my tummy whenever i go up the stage, but midway through the first song it sorta vanishes.
for me who doesn't drink alcohol, I pray.
and yeah, warm up before the event, kiss your girlfriend and tell her that you love her  8-)
her smile alone gives me all the strength I need  :-D

cheesy no? hehehe

-alcohol tends to amplify my particular 'trip' at the moment, so when i'm attacked by stage fright before going on stage... well u do the math...
there's no substitute for good ol practice. knowing your piece inside out, upside down or whatever is still best. that in part can make you relax and enjoy the gig.

- assuming na hindi battle of the bands ung gig, hindi na sya competition kung sino ung pinakamagaling na gitarista or whatever. u go on stage to play ur stuff , not showboat ur 200bpm na shredding na parang uubusin mo na yung natitira nating kagubatan or kung anuman ung equivalent sa yong particular music genre at tignan kung kaya ring gawin ng ibang gitarista ung ginawa mo. gaano karaming gitarista ba ang nanonood sayo na malalaman bawat piraso ng mali mo? sa mga rock production mga 5 to 10 assuming na tatambay silang lahat habang nasa stage ka. ung ibang mga nauna, maaring lasing na, kausap ung girlfriend/ bandmates/etc. or umuwi na. sa variety naman most probabaly e wala kung single band kayo at isa kung may kaalternate kayo. ikumpara mo sa dami ng 'ordinary guest', ang dami diba?

-help ur band mates relax!

-i should add that you should be comfortable with your bandmates. ung tipong may respeto kayo sa strengths and weaknesses ng isat isa (nobody's perfect) at united kayo sa iisang goal.

well i hope this stuff helps you the same way this stuff helped me.  :-D
