Title: Any good budget cellphones?
Post by: proud07christian on March 20, 2011, 11:10:16 PM
I've been looking for a budget friendly cellphone for the pass month so far Nokia's C3 is off the charts! Well aside from that what other phones would you recommend? I wouldn't go for the c3 mainly because everyone around me has one. lol.

I'm not big on cellphones but here's what I need;
-a 3.5mm earphone plug for music
-not a big fan of touchscreen type phones when it comes to texting(so nokia's c3-01 would pass)
-around 7k, less would be good!

I can go with 2nd hand phones.
Thanks!

Bakit parang masnaririnig ko yung e63 kaysa e72? Is it a better phone? :)

you can try Samsung Wave 525 which I currently use now. It functions so close to an iphone for P8,500.00 baka ngayon mababa na nang kaunti yan.

It's cheaper. Plus yung mga missing features is practically worthless. Like GPS, for example. Yung E71/72 may built-in GPS. Yung E63, wala. If you need to know where you are or where to go, kahit walang GPS, connect ka lang sa Google Maps through WiFi. Mas sexy nga lang talaga yung E71/72.

i have nokia c3.. maganda sya for a nokia qwerty keypad phone pero mahal paopenline.. yung sakin kasi nakuha ko sa smart for free (since yung postpaid plan ng brother ko ay may libreng phone every 2 years) e globe subscriber ako.. nung nagtanong ako sa mga cellphone stores kung magkano paopenline, around 2k daw so di ko na pinaopenline.. bumili na lang ako ng prepaid smart sim hahaha!

thats my phone. well its just like a normal qwerty phone, unless you get BIS. i upgraded my OS to the latest os6. you can put free java apps there. its just like any other blackberry, nothing special about it (all blackberry are almost the same).

what i dont like about it is surfing the net. maybe because im used to my iphone's screen thats why i hate its screen for surfing purposes.
