Title: Q: Conflict ba pag guitarist at the same time bassist sa ibang banda?

Question po, hindi ba conflict pag gitarista ka sa isang banda then bassist ka naman sa ibang banda, hindi ba nakakasira sa paggigitara mo pag ganun ang setup mo?  :-D :-D

I play guitar for a metal band, and play funky stuff for a side project.

If i just came off the bass guitar, it feels easier to play guitar. But if im fresh off the bass, medyo may adjustment pa ng konti. but its all good. no problem

problem sometimes if pag ginagawa mong gitara yung bass (overplaying)

+1 cause basslines are not riffs  :-D

ako bassist and guitarist sa same band. shifting kami hehe. ok lang naman. di ko naman kinakarir e, basta masaya ako nakaka tugtog ako

dapat dedicated ka sa isang instrument if you want to be good at it.

pero pwede rin naman, basta wag lang dalhin lahat ng traits ng pag gigitara sa pagbabass tulad yun sa taas. overplaying.

thanks mga tol sa advice, originally im a bassist since nagstart akong magbanda for about 10 yrs then shifted to guitars for about 4 years already then acquired gears (na GAS-attack) sa guitars. but i still really love playing bass guitar its like your the soul of the song you are playing.
i tried playing bass guitars for 2 hours last night then immediately after i tried playing a guitar, it feels so light and it feels easier hehehe feeling ko parang nag-grip master lang ako.
its just that i feel worry na later on maapektuhan yung speed and accuracy (meron nga ba? hehehe) ko sa paggigitara.
there's an opportunity lang kasi na makatry at makajoin sa mga idol ko na isang well established band na here abroad and but still ayaw ko naman din iwan ang present band ko which is still starting and struggling.
siguro nga stick nalang ako sa present instrument ko then enhanced ko nalang skills ko and to avoid conflicts di lang sa playing pati sa lahat lahat hehehe
