Ingat lang sa reed dahil madali nga masira yung tip. Pede pa yang gamitin kung di naman kalakihan yung uka. Gupitin mo ng konti para pumantay in case kailangan. Use 1.5 replacement reed para madaling hipan in case di na talaga pede.

Yung mouthpiece huwag ka munang bumili ng replacement. Develop mo muna yung embochure. Ganun lang talaga sa simula until you develop yung embochure at feel. Mahirap talaga sa simula bro. Check natin sa next EB kung paano magandang gawin diyan sa sax mo. Patience lang and practice bro. Always remember yung tonguing "Tah Tah Tah"

cgecge thank you ha.,ang gusto ko ngayon mngyare eh mabuhay tong thread nato..magather man lang sana mga saxist dito sa qc ,grabeh ang patay eh,parang ghost town nga sabi ni rex...hinde compera sa guitar ads..araw araw gera ngyayare..dito grabeh ..walang tao eh..gusto ko sana magkaroon ng regular group or mga tropa na pwede ko kulitin para turuan ako or jam .diko alam panu gagawin yun ,ehehe eto encore so far eh nakakapag groove nako ng isa melody na pang jam jam ..paulit ulit hehehe,gumagamit nako nung mga sharp keys!yahooooo

sali na rin ako. i've been reading this thread since the start. di lang ako nakasama sa eb dahil out-of-town ako nun, mga 10 yrs na ako tumutugtog ng sax. masmatagal pa sa flute, pero consider pa rin akong amateur, lalo na sa saxophone.

Suggestion mga bro. sa EB natin during improvisation time siguro bawat isa sa atin ay maghanda ng rhythm pattern and chord progression on diff. genre of music and then we can all explore each and jam in.

Let us evaluate and do some discussion during the improvisation, let's discuss cool licks, techniques and even scales.

ie. Jazz/Swing
Reggae
Ballad
Blues
atbp.

If time permits, let's divide into 2 or 3 groups to do improv. (let's see how we can fit- in).

8-8.15 Extension(Picture taking/Next EB)

encore dont forget yung dinner bonding sa tapsi bro..ok din yung place dun..pwede kasi to magpaset ng dinner type tipong table for 10 ganun. sa ganun habang kumakain pwede ituloy yung kwentuhan at sharing diba??mura dun last time kami nag ganun hmmm parang 1300 lang ata 20 persongs kami busog lahat!
