I just bought this guitar last month http://www.washburn.com/products/electrics/anarchy/wi16.aspx
had it adjusted and setup by my local tech baliktad daw yung bridge pickup pagkalagay pero ok na ngayon, ok yung sustain sabi ng tech ko, midweight, nice action what do u think? yung black ang binili ko, did I made the right decision? tried to find reviews about this guitar pero wala akong makita. Ok ba ang washburn guitars?

Ok naman ang Washburn bro. I'm also eyeing their Washburn X-10 series guitar. I currently own a Mercury Series guitar with Floyd Rose and Humbucker type PU and the sound is heavy. It also has an option to switch from single to double coil (tap). Bassist ko Washburn din and ganda ng tunog.

ive been eyeing that one sa perfect pitch RP for a long time...parang akin na nga sa kakatest ko nun....haha great tone, great construction for its price...siguro ung stock na nakuha mo nagkamali lng ung gumawa....kasi nagka ESP ltd ako may diperensya din ung pickups...parang mali ata wiring or something ..factory defect.... :P

i think its worth ur money :P

Hmm excellent choice although I don't know what sort of music you play but if you play AC/DC or something like it (that sort of guitar looks like an all around rock axe), then it absolutely fits the bill. If you feel good about your guitar, why the hesitation? Anyway, stop reading my post and play the hell out of it maybe you two need some "getting to know you" time :D Play Loud!

thanks for all ur comments, just need your feedback on my new baby, gusto ko sana ng ephiphone na ala SG or LP kaso wala nang distributor dito sa pinas, at medyo tinawag ako ng gitarang to pagpasok ko sa store kaya binili ko kaagad with no hesitation. Bagay ba kaya sa classic rock yung itsura nya? like AC/DC or LED ZEP, or rolling stones? still planing to buy a MIJ na strat or tele kaso mahirap hanapin dito sa cebu.... 8)

Just play it and love it.  If you discover siya na panget later on, then sell it.  Dont look to this forum to give you confidence on your equipment.  There are better brands than Washburn.  I have not heard or played it so I cannot tell you what I think. What is more important is that you enjoy your guitar now.

sir tony2tone,

i've been eyeing that guitar for quite sometime now. you really can't find any review of the guitar anywhere coz it seems it's just an asian version of the washburn IDOL series (not sure)

it's a good guitar and a good deal with a good design, too. a cross from, like what SRV said parang LP na PRS na SG hehehe. congrats on your new guitar
