zoom 606/505II USERS: help on EQ

sirs, how do i mix the EQ parameter of zoom 606/505?
parang naguguluhan ako eh.

sa 606 kasi ung value nya na 1-50 naka set na. imagine GE 7 na meron 50 options. lets say25 is flat, 26-50 is mid boost and so on. i had 606 for a couple of years and ganda sya for its price.

I agree with sir Vaisteen. Bro, here's my approach with EQ'ing on Zoom 606.

If you have a strat, here are the best EQ settings for you:
Using the lead patch for high gain .
 
36-for that smooth lead  guitar tone, set it to toggle switch 2 on the guitar
25-flat round setting on pickup 1, medyo bilog ang tunog mo d2 pero muddy rin ng konti
 42- for that stack sound you want to hear

10-15-para sa in your face riffing using the distortion tone

so far un muna sir...this is your gear....use it well...learn to love it...and gas for more....

i prefer using the BG drive. its thickest amonst all the drive. and you can alway boost the mid para mas lutang ka sa mix ina band seeting.

1-24 = boosts low
25 = all zero settings
26-50 = boosts high?

alive & well ritch.  kso im having problems na with my stock neck pickup. Di ko magamit yung US Blues Drive ksi muddy yung neck pickup ko.

hmmm.. naalala ko parang mern dn akong ndi gnagamit na drive dyan e.. just forgot kung alin un.. parang ma-"zhhh".. haha. uhmm.. try mo kaya babaan ung compression nya.. bka mkatulong.. hehe..

guys, tanong naman.. may mga update patch ba na available or firmware man lang para sa 505II? may problem kasi ako pag nagsi-switch from one bank to another - may "drop-out" or dead air..

dead air, meaning nawawala yung tunog? ganyan ata talaga multi effects since the units have to process the information first. parang pc lang. yung g series ng zoom, almost seamless na yung pagswitch ng patches.
