I found the concept of having a hand-hammered dogtag rather amusing though hahahah. Kaso how can you have that done? (Aside from hammering it ourselves. )

Haha, of course, design suggestions are welcome. (I'll admit, medyo na-excite ako sa pagdesign after seeing the thread  )

I've made a couple of inquiries na, but it'd be better if someone with the know-how about lanyard/dogtag stuff suggests where we should have 'em done. Yung cheap (sana) and mababang minimum, since I doubt na aabot ng 100 or even 50 yung orders.

I want the lanyard na hahaha.XD

Pins are easier to make, I guess. Ang lanyards naman of that type (yung nausong FIFA 2006 comes to mind) aren't for ID's lang. People use 'em for celfones, audio players, and kahit wallets haha.

Anyway, I'm still waiting for someone to come forward with a possible manufacturer ng lanyard na low quota.

Just a question, how much are you willing to pay for these lanyards? These are thick ah, like the drawing. Like the FIFA team laces na sumikat two years ago. May nakita kasi ako... kaso... ang mahaaal.

Pag lanyard up to 200PhP cguro... pero mas gusto ko pa rin ang dog tags.. I'm willing to pay up to 350PhP o khet umabot pa yan ng 500PhP para lang sa dog tag ng Pinoydrums! Hehehe!

320-350php for 1-10 pcs. (yeouch)
220-250php for 11-50 pcs.
120-150php for 51 and up pcs.

It's not looking good.>_<

Can we reach 50 interested people kaya? Siguro I'll order around 5 kung dun sa 150php.

Wag muna siguro yung dogtag, since yung design is bleh. Isip muna ako. Pero!! Hm. I think ang pag-gawa ng dogtag ay much cheaper sa lanyard (I think), so maybe we could do a package deal for both items, to help shoulder the hefty price of the lanyard.

Anyway, para reasonably-priced yung lanyards, we need to have 51 orders at least.

This is BY NO MEANS OFFICIAL, pero let's check kung ilan ang interested sa lanyard (and ilang orders) para may rough guesstimate tayo kung aabot tayo sa 51.

Again, hindi po ito order-taking. Wala pang price. Di pa final ang designs. Estimation lang kung may demand sa lanyard. Also, kung may design suggestions, very welcome parin yun. After all, we're a community here.

Update: Talked to the lanyard-making dude. He suggested na umabot talaga tayo ng 50 pcs to keep costs in the Php100+ range - kasi ang layo ng presyo eh pag under 50 pcs.

Also, we can be assured na maganda ang design kasi direct print sa lanyards. Unfortunately, may disadvantage. Since the lanyards are "blank"/"white" to begin with, kung ano yung design, yun ang EXACT na ipprint. This means that we'll have to settle with one design to avail of the Php100+ price at 50 pcs. This means we'll have to decide on a colour - that is, if yun na yung final design.

Other good news, the lanyards come with both an ID protector, and a celfone holder.

One colour/design lang daw guys para maavail yung 100+ na price. This is kung 50 orders.

If 2 designs daw, papatak ng 280 per piece, kahit 50 pieces!! Ang layo no?

Pero may deal din sha na.. If more than 10pcs but less than 50, 230 pesos. Kung ganito, we can make multiple colours pero lalabas, twice as expensive yung lanyard. Payag kayo? Ganun talaga if di ma-meet yung minimum eh.
