iwas din ba sa mga juice ? kasi mahilig ako jan eh, any tips pa paraan mag bawas ng timbang pag busy at walang time sa excercise?

Depende sa juice brother. anong juice ba? kung natural, un tipong bagong "piga" ayus yan. like freshly squeezed orange juice, buko juice, etc etc. WAG YUN TIPONG JUICE NGA PERO GARAPON NAMAN SA DAMI NG ASUKAL!  :lol:

ako less carbs, then now no rice policy ako ngyn, i substitute some bread, noodles, pasta... but i didn't check my weight now sana nga bumababa na... :-D

try doing different kinds of exercises depending on your system... I mean mag experiment ka ng different routines, kung ano ang magustuhan ng katawan mo, then yun ang gawin mo hanggang masawa na yung katawan mo sa specific routine na yun. Then try to do different routine hanggang magsawa ulit yung katawan mo then experiment ulit  .... Ang exercise parang pagkain lang yan, kung araw-araw kang kakain ng friend chicken, diba nakakasawa? Ganun din sa muscle, pag araw araw mong pinakain ng same set of exercises(bench press,inclined,declined, biceps exercises,etc..) magsasawa din yan :)

Oo nga sir Maganda exercise eto me share ako nag pa member ako dati para ma try ko to oks kase ginagamit ng Bb Pilipinas walang side effects kase all natural.. Swiss made.. very effective.

yup yun nga sir, salamat sa pag correct! naalala ko rin bigla and napagtanto na mali ako sa part na yun :) anyways  eto yung book na sinasabi ko

In order to achieve fat loss, there are 2 main modifications you'll need to make to your workout program...

cardio vascular exercises - this will help you stimulate your body to burn more fat around the clock

diet structure - placing your body into slight caloric deficit (pagbabawas ng calorie intake)

If you have strong and lean muscle, burning fat will be a much easier task compared sa ordinaryong tao.

Lean muscle mass speeds up your fat burning metabolism. Parang pinepwersa nya yung katawan mo para gumamit ng mas maraming calories around the clock. Like i've said before, muscle acts like a giant furnace where the fat burning process can take place. So the more muscle you have on your body, the more fat you'll be burning during workout and sa resting periods.

By increasing the number of times you eat per day (5-6), it will keep your metabolism raised to its fullest and will maximize the amount of fat you can burn. [Increase the frequency at which you eat , not the amount].

Kung kumakain ka 3 times a day, make it 5-6, but you have to keep in mind na dapat you make it smaller and dividing it through out the day. That way laging nasa fed state ang katawan mo and your metabolism will at its peak at all times.  :mrgreen:

Pwede ka naman mag baon ng tuna with egg and mayo sandwich, peanut butter, etc, na nutritious at pwedeng ipalaman sa tinapay

hindi naman sya limited sa solid foods lang sir, baon ka gatas for example, lagay mo sa water bottle, di ka naman siguro sisitahin kung iinom ka sa loob ng klase (kung sa nauuhaw ka eh <--- ako yan hehe).. always check for the nutrition facts.

Effective ba yung kahit 30-minute walk lang sa treadmill? tas ang diet ko:
Breakfast: banana, oatmeal, tea
Lunch: 1 cup rice, vegetables and fruits
Dinner: Oatmeal, 1 serving of fruits
Tas sa gabi ako gumagamit ng treadmill. Okay na ba pangbawas timbang yun?
