anybody here know how to double track a voice? in audacity or in sound forge?

Hard to do in soundforge. In Audacity, the simplest way would be to copy and paste the first track to a new track, then add a few milliseconds delay to the start of the track. True double tracking requires that you really track a new set of vocals.
