May traumatic factors (e.g. accident, sickness) ka bang naranasan simula nung napansin mo na bumagal palo mo? kung wala, constant practice lang kelangan mo. yun lang. kahit ako, tumigas palo ko dati nung di ako nakakapagpractice. as the seniors would say, wag mo kaagad bilisan, start slowly, tapos kung master mo na, tsaka mo bilisan ng konti, master it again tapos bilisan mo ulit. do not cheat yourself, kaw rin ang kawawa. pero kung sinasabi mo na andun pa rin yung speed mo pero matigas kamay mo, maybe you're not hitting the right way. dapat fluid ang kamay mo sa pagpalo. hindi sya matigas. yun lang masasabi ko. the seniors would give you a more in depth explanation on this.

That's right...  Do some warm-ups.  Do some stretching exercises too before playing.

Drummers are like athletes too.  We should warm up first.  Warming up and stretching can help prevent possible injuries.

Drumming, just like sports, is a very physical activity.  That's why we should take good care of our body and keep it in good condition.

As much as possible dapat pareho ang intensity ng pag hinga mo bago ka pumalo o kahit mabilis yung palo.Relax ika nga!
I hope nakatulong. Goodluck!
So Be It.

have it checked out. most drumm related injuries fall under CARPAL TUNNEL SYNDROME sa may wrist. like what was suggested do warm ups by doing stretching exercises and wrist on your wrist then fingers. for wrist exercises the best ive seen is the warm up used in AIKIDO. If you know anyone who does aikido tell him/her to teach you ikkyo, nikkyo, sankyo, kotegaeshi wrist exercises.

sa club 650 sa libis theres a rehab clinic. they can check it out. sa mega mall din. theyll suggest therapy. bro it really helps. though your condition never happened to me yet i went to pain rehab clinic for my injured back and foot (non drum related...pero sports related)

try medical therapies first. kung wala naman serious fractures or ligament inflammations. try hand massages or professional paraffin treatments sa salons. yung salon namin ng wife ko offers paraffin treatment. its a processs where you dip your hands in high temp wax solution.  pero kung matipid sa bahay kahit sa hot water lang bro that should help.

It's not the number of notes you can play, but the number of rests in between..to come up with a tasteful, soulful piece...
