that's sad... but i think naging downfall nadin kasi nila yung pag labas ng mozilla/firefox... ndi nadin sila naka keep up... i was favoring netscape dati pa but then when the super fast mozilla went out i stopped using netscape... mejo mabagal kasi talga ang netscape kaya people looked for other options... hulog ng langit talga ang netscape...

i think ang downfall ng netscape ay dahil sa dambuhalang internet explorer. kahit na wala pang firefox, tinalo na ng ie ang netscape, kasi may bayad din noon ang netscape navigator. at ang isa pa ay automatic na ang ie sa windows which was a big plus since windows 95.
firefox was one of netscape's experimental browser that went bigtime.
