I had Covid nung January 2022, omicron variant. Fully vaxxed kami at kay misis ako nahawa.

Parang seasonal flu lang, fever lasted for 2.5 days, muscle aches for 1 day. Pero nag-night sweats ako for 3 days. Yung tipong magigising ka kasi basang basa talaga ang damit. We are counting the days since my positive test.

By 5th day since my result, alam ko 80-90% recovered na ako.

Ang mga naging kinda medium-long term effects - madaling mapagod yung tipong lakad lakad lang hihingalin agad, naghahabol ng hangin. dry cough na matagal nawala, at phlegm na hindi mailabas-labas.

Now March 2022 ok na. I believe I will have immunity for the next 3-6 months, kasi nung namasyal ako sa Europe last Feb. 2022, which is hindi sila nagmamask don, hindi ako nahahawa whatsoever. Every week din ang testing ko since required sa office namin na may valid test result within 14 days.

na try mo na ba mag pa x ray ng lungs sabi nila pag gumaling ka sa covid na damage daw lungs.
