HELP! Hindi nadedect ng itunes yung itouch ko!

patulong naman po mga bossing! Bale pag iconnect ko siya sa computer, nagchacharge naman pero nageerror yung itunes, inupdate ko yung itunes ko pero ganun pa rin, may error message na lumalabas... Patulong naman po, salamat!

The same thing happened to my iPhone. I bought new cables. Worked like a charm.  :-) :-)
