Promotional PRS guitars lang ba yun?
I don't think meron ng mga ganung guitar sa PRS private stock eh. :)

The PRS guitars were beautiful, but a bit too decorated for me.

grabe... nakakaluha yung mga PRS guitars. ang tindi ng inlays! $35,000 daw yung dragon design na single neck tama ba? o mas mahal pa? geez...

uy oo nga pala PRSMan, have you already checked out the other guitar stores in Dallas? aside from Guitar Center and Charley's, meron pa bang magandang stores? i'll be there in 3 weeks or so kaya i need to know the good guitar stores na sana. thanks a lot man! :)

I got to try stratman's PRS....it looks really beautiful but it wasn't for me. ....although I don't have problems with thick necks. PRS are works of art but I look at playability when it comes to guitars......not aesthetics....the sound with the stock pickups where not bad too....BUT....it's just not for me.

Those PRS are soooo booty-full. I don't think I would want to be caught dead playing them in public with my FUGLY face, hehe. I need to have a total face reconstruction to be worthy of playing those heavily decorated geetars, hehe.

I'd go with Phil. I usually go with the way the guitar plays. They maybe ugly but if they feel and play the way I like them to, then I'd take them out on public. Plus, having those heavily ornated guitars is kinda hard for me to take out on gigs. I might be more concerned in making sure the guitar doesn't get dinged rather than having it sound great while playing it. I don't mind having one or two of them for displaying purposes, hehe.

i agree. meron akong PRS pero hindi main ko na axe. maganda ang tunog for some things to finish tracks off pero minsan ko lang ginagamit.

Red_Strat -- For the most part, Private Stocks are all made-to-order, although some dealers order some to stock.  The Dragon series is a special run, not Private Stocks.  The guitar before the picture of Paul was a Santana prototoype.

pallas -- There are three big annual guitar shows in Dallas.

VenusIsle_5150 -- Anderson Guitar Gallery and Larry Morgan Music.  Check mo pre.

Phil -- Merong wide thin neck and wide fat neck.  Nung una, mas gamay ko yung wide thin, but then I started to like chunkier necks more.  

These special runs of PRS are really all for show... the semi-precious stones (iba nga may gold pa!) don't contribute at all to tone.

Yummy guitars! Kagagaling ko lang din dito sa isang Musical Instruments Exhibit. Andami ko ring nakita pero hindi kasing dami at ganda nyan.hehe :lol: Sabi sa brochure, magkaka PRS daw sa exhibit pero wala naman. :(

tas may nakita akong Fender 60th anniv series nila. Totoong diamond ba yung nasa headstock nun? :?:

I thought over $1,000 yung 60th Anniversary Strat ng Fender.

hindi siguro... ksi ang price nung americanseries 60th anniv ay pareho lang sa american deluxe model. baka crystal lang siguro... binebenta na kasi dito sa amin... but i havent seen it yet. so baka talgang authentic diamond ang nasa headstock nya.

Really??? $1500??? Hhmm... teka nga at mag calculate.... from the way it looks right now. I should have a custom Carvin guitar... in about... hhmm... 20 YEARS!!! Woohoo!!! Ayos!!! :lol:  :cry:  :lol:

12,000 Dirhams so mga $3,300 sya roughly. :shock: Pero hanep! nasubukan ko sya acoustically. Hayup sa feel and tone!!! Pers taym ko makahawak ng high end strat. :lol:

Peavey yung gitarang tinutukoy mo. Di ko alam kung anong model eh. Ganda nung flame noh. Anlapad nung neck nun eh parang flagpole.hehe :lol:  :D
