Sana may escrow na maghandle ng transactions dito.

Like for example :

Item is worth : Php 1000
Escrow fees : 3% - 5%
CEBUANA/WU/LR/AP/MG

Dapat merong escrow proposal both parties if they agree tuloy ang escrow.

May mga buyers/seller din kase na malalayo ang lugar so napaka-impossible magmeetup.

Isa sa rules siguro ung mkipagmeet up ung escrower sa seller para mai-check yung items kung okay ba, may defect/issues o wala.

Escrow fee dapat laging may ganto kase kung mkikipagmeet yung escrower syempre gagastos din sya ng pamasahe at oras.

Depende sa buyer at seller kung cno ang magsho-shoulder ng escrow fee mas mainam cguro kung 10%. At least makakatulong din sa forum at mas dadami ang magtatrust sa PM kase alaga ang both parties.

At iwas bogus na din.
