This is my new favorite Brit group. They've combined everything that's good about Manchester's music (Chemical Brothers, New Order, Doves, The Stone Roses, etc) and make it their own in very fantastic ways.

Nakakainis na ngang bumili ng plaka sa record stores dahil karaniwang walang alam ang mga attendant sa tinitinda nila, pati distributors na rin na walang kaalam-alam sa mga kombong gaya nito...meron pa rin namang bibili, kaya lang ang talagang itinatarget nila, yun lang mga may hilig sa Mariah Carey, et all

Anyway, I also think Athlete is a great band. I heard their song Hurricanes on my PAL flight back to the US. Rivermaya obviously copped some of their sound from them. Incidentally, I was pleased to hear Claire's voice as the DJ for some of their airline programming at PAL. I miss the old NU 107.

sa 13 na album.. yung song na Battle is an ad for boss pedals.. hahaha

nasobrahan si Gcoxon dun ah.(panu kaya yun pag live

)

from oscillation, loops, BOSS VB2.. yung pag pasok nung bass.. parang barko.. proco rat+bass= is th sh*t!!! <-- correct me if di rat gamit nung bassist..

and yung sonic assault sa fade out.. panalo..

there was way too much space in think thank. pero i still liked the album..
