to be specific TASCAM US-224 X64 drivers

AFAIK, Tascam hasn't developed any 64-bit drivers. You can confirm that from their site. There are very few soundcard manufacturers that have released 64-bit drivers; RME, M-Audio, E-Mu... almost all hardware manufacturers seem to be waiting for the release of Windows Vista before doing so. Unfortunately, I just recently read Vista will be delayed until next year.

salamat sir kit ehehe pero i just emailed TASCAM and nagrelpy sila agad hiningi nila address ko papadalhan daw nila ako ng disk eheheh.. and i also tried inquiring w/ tarkuz toccata and i called audiophile meron daw sila punta na lang daw ako hehehe

nagtataka lang ako bakit wala sa site ng tascam yung driver and would rather ship the disk for requests ? parang dba ? mas pinahihirapan pa nila sarili nila ?

Malamang those are x64 versions. A lot of manufacturers have released x64 versions of their drivers but have held back because of Windows Vista. Nagbabago kc ang multimedia spec ng Vista especially now with rumors that MS had to do a rewrite causing Vista's delayed release until January 2007.

i suggest following Kit's advise. wait for Vista to come out before using those x64 drivers. Unless your using Windows 2003 which wouldn't make sense.

onga eh plano ko mag rollback na lang weekend eheh pati yung sonar 5 64bit   hindi maayos eh based sa experience ko this past few days
