intonation?

this is the problem:

whenever i do pinch harmonics on the 3rd string(D), di lumalabas ung harmonics, pero sa ibang strings, lumalabas. is there a problem with the intonation of the guitar? may hardware problem po ba ito? may mga crack dn po kc sa neck sa guitar.
