Hello po, me here from the management of perfect pitch and/or yamaha music store. We apologize for any bad manners our staff did to all of you. If this happens 1 to 2-6 years ago, this issue was brought up already at our yupangco message board and we addressed the issue already. Kung nangyari ito this year only at kung mangyari ulit, pwede nyo i-PM sa akin ang complain nyo then I will make sure na makakarating yan sa higher rank para magawan agad ng action. We will not tolerate this kind of attitude. Unless wala pong magko-complain, wala pong magagawang solution ang management namin. Don’t worry, all information provided wiil be held in strict confidentiality. para naman hindi kayo mailang ulit in case na papasok kayo ulit sa store namin.
Pwede nyong I-test lahat ng unit na nakikita nyo, lalo na’t nakalabas na sa box,
except kung ang gusto nyong i-test ay
1) nag-iisa na lang at silyado, well kung sure naman na kukunin nyo yun, you have the option naman to check first yung item bago nyo bilhin. (wag na mag-isip pa ng iba, he he).
2) kung one unit lang ang na-allocate sa kanila
3) kung meron nakadisplay at me kulang na parts at hindi nyo ma-test, hindi nila pwedeng buksan yung silyado para ipa test, hirap sila mag replenish lalot limited ang stock na yun.
4) Kung high-end yun model na gusto nyong I-test, ok lang yun pero syempre meron magbabantay sa inyo just to make sure na naiingatan yung item.
5) Merong mga item/s na hindi talaga pwedeng buksan lalo nat may mga malilit na parts na pwedeng mawala or ma-misplace nila later.
6) And some accessories item/s also.
7) I guess, 15-30 mins testing would be enough lalo na kung maraming walk-in customer sa loob ng store at limited lang staff na mag-aasist sa inyo.
Drumsets and Cymbals or yung mga iniihipan like trumphet flute etc., hindi pwede, unless meron silang ready for testing talaga.
9) Other than that, walang karapatan ang sino man sa amin na mangbastus ng customers, ke bumili na o hindi pa. or minsan na mi-misinterpret lang yung expression ng mukha, pasensya na lang po.
Why? Because some customers wants to buy item na talagang silyado pa at walang kahit isang gasgas, kung merong ganyan, lost opportunity na para mabenta pa nila yung item/s.
And also, before you buy any musical instrument you want, suggestion lang po, try to search muna sa internet and find a reviews, check nyo specs na gusto nyo at yung babagay talaga sa gusto nyo, para final and actual testing sa store na lang. Some sales staff kasi hindi ganon ka fully equipped ang product knowledge (like me) at pag doon kayo natapat, konting pasensya lang po. Pag meron kayong reviews, pag dating sa testingan you can prove to your self diba, hindi ka na magogoyo pa, (my twocents only)…
Or kung me time kayo, just visit us na lang sa main showroom namin, hanapin nyo lang ako to assist you at I-test nyo kung ano ang gusto nyo at available sa amin. PM nyo muna ako para ma-abangan ko kayo or kung sakaling maligaw kayo dito. We all know naman, that customers wants to check/see first the unit before they buy.. and kung technical thingy, wag sa akin ha, he he he, we’ll get available product specialist to talk with you pag dating sa technical aspects.
