Gumagawa ko ngayon ng WSX para sa isang cliente...post ko d2 ang pag-gawa mula simula hanggang matapos sa finishing...eto muna ang mga nagawa...itutuloy ko pag magaling na sore-eyes ko.

Hehehe...Dove tail ang tawag doon Sir...para sa speakerbox building hindi na kailangan yun at walang gumagawa nun...hindi naman aparador or furniture set ang ginagawa at dito ginagamit ang Dove tail...
Alam mo ba gaano kahirap at gaano katagal gumawa ng dove tail at ang kuryente?
Sa speakerbox building ang Adhesive, screws at nailers ang importante plus precision measurement at cutting.
Kung meron man gumagawa ng box nya at dovetail ang joining...WOW...I feel for you man.

baka makapal po resin ( not raisin) kaya di na kita yung fiberglass , or wala fiber glass, some prefer yung pronounced ang mga fibers, some prefer mejo makinis, pero karamihan na commercial boxes na nakafiber is kita mga fibers kasi mahal ang resin, pag kinapalan mas kaunti tubo

Galing naman...sana may picture para makita ang paggawa...
I use to do that before Resin topcoated at surfacing mat na fiberglass...parang bathtub ang finished niya...but very expensive ang polymer kasi scratch-proof ito.
Hindi na ako nag-fifiberglass kasi mahal at hindi na environmental friendly...kawawa naman Earth.

TappedHorn is the current technology in the speakerbox configuration...They are much cleaner than any folded horn...eto lang ang problema natin since nasanay na ang tenga natin sa ingay "noise" ng mga gamit nating kahon like "WSX"...medyo mahina ang dating kasi nawala yung "noise"...mahirap gumawa ng tappedhorn using Horn response software...kaya Sir, pasenya na hindi ko puede ipamigay ang plan ng tappedhorn...medyo talagang pinag-hirapan at ginastusan ang pagawa at pag-aaral...sana maintindihan.

Thats sweet bro. looks clean with the grill on but personally I like it without the grills on looks more mean parang mangangain :wink:
how much did it set you to build one if you dont mind me asking. Sorry not sure about prices of the woods back there(Phili) now.

Thank you Sir...but, metal grill will just have elastomeric paint/emulsion coat only...sorry, no can do sa powder coating.

hehehheh mahal din yun sir.. lam mo sir dito ang rcf hindi masyadong tinatangkilik they go for qsc na speaker kahit sa loob nang mga bar.. mostly qsc bihirang bihra ang rcf and mipro ewan ko ba,, mas sikat pa nga jts hehehe sa tutoo lang.. pag maganda talaga marketing mo sa isang lugar tumatanim sa isip natin yung may magandang adds, hehehe sa array dami talaga LA...

Hi guys, hope I'm not hijacking a very good thread by Jojo.
Anyway, I just wanted to show the box I built late last year and proud to be my first ever build :-o. I built this boxes I think way before I joined this wonderful forum so picture is not as step by step as you would like but you will get the idea :-). Long story but will cut it short, I am living in London right now and unfortunately I live in a flat so space and area to work with is very limited(balcony with loads of junks :oops:). To make things matter worst I was building this towards the winter season. :x
Wood I use is just a mixture of MDF and 7,13 Ply. Mostly cut by hardware store and some are mine. Decided to use some MDF as its only my first ever build and dont really wanna' spend just in case it would'nt work out :wink:. Also built this box as theres no funny angles to cut and size was the most important thing.
Testing some handle design and first time on the Router :?. Meant to use Router for my logo but due to time and dust it makes decided to paint it instead.(maybe next time) Also 2 of the sub were fitted with top hat for pole mounting in case I'll just use 2 subs per side. Ignore the stack as after this build I made another 2 more box for kick/low-mid duties unfortunately I never manage to get some photos as its in my brother shed at the moment. Excuse the mess. Got a few more projects this coming summer. Looking to build some Mid-tops for this subs. Got some 8's, 10's, 12's and 1"comp waiting but not sure what design yet :roll:
Had its first test last Xmas and really pleased with the result. Was running in stereo mode 2sub+1kick+midtop each side. Short vid taken on iPhone when we're setting the X-over. @konastinky...........hi sorry unfortunately thats all I've got. 1 passive sub, 1pr. passive 8"monitor at saka 1pr. 12" active. best thing siguro about your inquiry is to search on Youtube or other Forum sites, not really familiar with wireless. I'm not surprise LD is not known in Geneva as LD is a company from Germany :wink: Quite a few guys uses LD here too but mostly mobile dj's not PA owners. By the way you ride bike? :-)

Thanks, been flicking through pages on here before and saw most of the design posted by Jo. I've got quite a few printed already from other sites its just a matter of when I'm gonna have time to do them :lol:.
Yeah, kilala ko rin ang Thomman pero hindi pa ako naka experience mag order sa kanila coz' most of the stuff I've got here is just similar to their prices. Pero halos ng tinda nila mas cheaper compare here in the UK plus they have a very good customer service and those extra warranty.
Got a particular brand that you looking? I've got quite a few friends here that might have an experience with those items as most of them where rentals.

Extended Cyclops CBe-18 a symmetrical Tapped Horn designed by Staiper but modified by yours truly with the blessing of the designer, deeper than the standard design..very high SPL... "3 per side make anything in a mid to large venue vibrates" (JMC). Asked Xstatic to build them for me as I dont have much time.

powder coating is about 50% stronger than paint but it isnt strong enough. anodizing is the way to go. if you do get them powdercoated, the coat will be damaged after awhile. anodizing on the other hand creates a surface that is the second hardest substance know to man, second to diamond.
Another thing is powder coat is not not metallurgically bonded to the metal...imagine a powder coated metal cast corner place in a 200lbs speakerbox...what kind of punishment and abuse it will have to take.

Yes Sir,
DIY din...It's a 0.5" X 1.25" Aluminum bar...teka Sir hanapin ko yun drawing at para makita kung paano ko ginawa...
ang problema ko pala wala ako mabilhan ng positive quick release pin...kaya 3/8" na flat head screw ang ginamit ko nilagyan nalang ng cutter pin lock...matrabaho!

Yup match na match ang cyclops sa MB 378 sa tunog at looks. Ang 378 ok naman pre malinaw, very warm and yet crisp tunog nya di masakit sa tenga pero tumatagos tunog kahit sa malayo pa.

Thanks Street, really happy with this really capable design and very easy to load with other drivers. I know it can do Sub duties too but got some reflex already hence this one only use as a kick. I will try and set the X-over for sub next time and compare this to my reflex. Never really loaded it with anything apart from some cheap Fane Sovereign driver which i 've already got.

Jo, thanks uli. Yes very popular ang colored boxes dito sa Europe. Mostly in France and other Eastern European Countries. Dito sa England meron quite a few colored boxes but mostly Reggae system :mrgreen:. A lot of guys who own PA keep it simple now, I guess for hiring purposes.
Jo wonder if you've seen this system before. Element5 Sound System thats where I get my idea from. @konastinky......ganon din siguro dyan sa inyo halos mga landmark lots of Castles and modern buildings as such. Pare alam mo naman sa Europe wika nga pag nag sahod ka nang dulyar gasta ka rin nang dulyar :wink: kahit Pinas nga wala ng mura :-D Meron namang affordable dipinde sa binibili mo. :roll:
@Mackie.....minsan ko lang narinig ang VOID sa Festival not sure what amps they where using at that time. In terms of bass very heavy talaga ang dating. And then I went to a show last year and heard Funktion one Wow pare naka stereo yung Dance stack nila sabi ng may-ari sa akin si Tony na 21" neo driver loaded daw ang mga boxes nang dance stack pero tuned to pump faster like 18" due to the venue all flat no EQ :-o. Ang lakas nahirapan ako maglakad sa harap :-o. Funktion one is louder on tops but Void win sa low para sa akin. Most of this system you can only hear them now on clubs and such or Festival like Notinghill Carnival not a lot outdoors unless its a Concert.

@mackie....nice one..kumusta naman sa atin ang mga Neo. Only reason i ask is I've read somewhere about reability of Neo on country like ours.
I haven't got any experience yet with neo, but already brought in SP to get their opinions, but there was also no concrete answer wether this neo driver is getting affected by the tropical country weather condition like ours. But they assure this neos are manufactured to to withstand a very high temperature and they were being subjected to series of torture test as well. If I will be given a chance again to build another rig, I will try use Neo drivers, di masakit sa likod, haha

Completely agree with Neo's weight. Even F1 owner Tony agree with the weight tumatanda na raw sya :lol:. Surely if they can survive in F1 rigs cant see why theres a problem I guess regarding reliability. Can you imagine saving between 6kilo in each box upwards.... :-o

Pero hindi nag-materialize kasi ang laki at siguradong mabigat.

Sir kung yung Versatex ang tinutukoy mo...puti lang po ang available nyan...mix with black magiging gray...so...kung gusto mo ng black, papatungan mo ulit ng black pagkatapos topcoat it with emulsion...
sa tibay naman...habang tumatagal at fully dehydrated na ang paint matibay na siya...sa umpisa at bagong tuyo pa lang hindi pa gaano matibay yan...typical na pintura...kaya very important ibabad ng matagal sa init ng Araw...eto lang ang problema yung mga marine na plywood na supply ngayon ay nag-wawarp sa init ng araw.

Hahaha...hindi po Sir...marami po kasi nag aalala sakaling masiraan ng T-nut ay kung paano nakukuha ang sirang Tnut or paano ma-extract ito...so I tried work around in CAD on how we can gain access...i found some access and at the same time was able to gain additional box volume.
I will post the revision drawing...other WSX diy'er might find this useful too.

Salamat po Sir...pero sa tutuo lang mahirap maperfect talaga dahil kahit anong Fixtures at Jigs ang gawain kapag nababad sa araw ang plywood may warpage pa rin...kapag gumait naman ng dekalidad na kahoy sobrang mahal naman...mahirap talaga.

@Mackie....you said that 186 was built to years ago. What did you load it with PD driver too? Have you built anything lately that can compare to 186. Considering that build myself too either 186 or 1850.
@constanpressure....everytime I saw that WSX I'm really tempted to build one too. :-D liking it a lot now... Jo, what driver do you load it with RCF too? Anychance of a cut list for it please. :wink:

@ Ermita: Just recently Ive built CBe-18, my version of Stipe cyclops,I extended the depth to 700mm, and offcourse he re designed it and came up with this version (the first batch of pix that ive posted). I loaded them with PAudio SD18el same drivers from my 186s. CBe-18 are loud and heavy and yet clean, even in singles it can go as low 40hz. 186 cabs are very good cabs too, very nice on live setup.

:-D.....Jo, nice illustration, by the way what is the weight of WSX loaded kasi marine lang sya. I can imagine the weight of this if using Birch......Yung driver parang bago pa rin....Jo naka coated/pintura ba ang cone? O baka na sa flash lang ng camera..
Jo ok din siguro sa bottom rear corner ng box yung naka angle na wood kung hindi deretso yung cut ng bottom and rear panel pwede siguro dalawang gulong doon para kahit isang tao pwede na mahila...

Sir Ermita hindi ko alam kung accurate...pero mga +/- 50Kg without driver. original na cone po yun hindi coated...pero talagang makintab na siya. Siguro Sir baka 2.5" na caster puede kasi hindi gaanao malalim ang wedge at hindi rin 45º ang angle.

Sir Eirol_99...very critical yung mga angles na yun, those are waveguides...puede ilagay pero hindi ganun ka effective...
Hindi basta-basta maglagay ng Phase Plug...horn and plug should work together to be efficient.
sa example drawing may mali pa nga iyan...dahil yung mga dispersion pattern will cause a lot of comb filtering...dapat palitan ang horn ng Hi to much tigher pattern control maybe 50ºx40º.

Tama ka Sir Eirol_99...dahil critical ang spacing ng phase sa apex ng cust cap...at isa pa sa nakita ko doon sa nang iba ay hindi sealed box ang driver (10") kaya possible cause ay over-excursion (kasi minsan fullrange ang gamit ng iba) kung 6db to 12db lang ang gamit na passive network...may makakalusot na longwaves to send your drivers to overshoot mechanical limits, thus, tatama ito sa phase plug.
Sa original na F1 ang axehead phase plug at driver ay nasa isang mechanical structure na kaya wala ng dust cap...

Ok Sir...Ganito po iyon...ang box ng MT122 ay naka setup sa passive network na 2way so, actually puwede mo ng gamitin agad ng direct sa amp...ang problema lang ay 12db/oct ang filter nito kaya may possibilidad na mapasok ng very low bass ang tweeter driver at masira agad.
Mas magaling kung gagamitan ng Active Xover na Bi-Amp (2Way mode)...MT122 sa HI output Xing at 90Hz~125Hz (High Pass)...at ang Low output sa WSX 90Hz~125Hz (Low Pass)...dito mas safe ang MT122 (Mid Tops hindi Manifold Technology ang ibig sabihin ng "MT")...mag lagay nalang ng EQ sa MT122 para mag correct ang overtones ng kahoy (Construction Marine Plywood are not dead sound unlike birchply or MDF).

Yes mga sir Flying high talaga ang mt122. its my fourth day na sa open field at ang masasabi ko swabe na swabe. dati sa side ng speaker yung booth ng organizer ngayun nasa gitna na sila.di nila kinaya pressure ng wsx iba klase talaga wsx kahit sa back stage yumayanig. hinaluan ko sya ng tasso st315 for comparison mas malakas talaga mt122 ni sir jojo. sir jojo yung pics later na at babalik na ulit ako sa site. sir konastinky matutuwa ka sa mt122 mo garantisado. sundin mo lang specs ni sir jojo and you'll never get wrong. :-D

Extended Cyclops CBe-18 a symmetrical Tapped Horn designed by Staiper but modified by yours truly with the blessing of the designer, deeper than the standard design..very high SPL... "3 per side make anything in a mid to large venue vibrates" (JMC). Asked Xstatic to build them for me as I dont have much time.

Sir plan ko lang po sana in/out door use for parties, im getting hold of an 802 for mids and highs, gusto ko lang po sana bumagay, ive seen this sa megamall circa 1993-94 sa megamix record bar, that time it only cost 20k, i was trying to hold orig ones as of now meron akong nakita sa sulit.com.ph selling at 50k, medyo mataas siya compare sa new ones where unfortunately eh BOSE stop this 302B production.
so i was thinking sir to build one, nakakita rin ako nito sa raon before but the contents are not 2 12" but 15" medyo boomy and not that punchy bass, i was told researched on the freq response nasa 50Hz lang and low end.
yes sir my space is limited kasi, i will mainly use it indoor, pero if required like new year and street part outdoor use siya. will it be worthit? nagagandahan lang ako sa built niya its not that huge but the impact of bass is great well for the original, i just dont know what will be the outcome if i will build one or if permited sir mga how much pagawa sayo nito?
thanks sir also what would you recommend for a bass bins for limited space, but with a loud impact?

Sir using the original driver it was not that matibay and since it is a bandpass...one note lang siya as in good lang siya at certain frequency maybe tuned at 50hz...but, that was the bose driver of the forgoten Era...should you really want to have this box aesthetics and use present driver with long excursion and big motors...palagay mas maganda na siya sa original version at mas matibay pa.
Kung maliit na box ang kailangan mo anong po ang footprint size para may idea ako ano ang box na babagay...

The Cyclope is a peculiar TH design with a complimentary symmetrical parallel horn...
A Tapped horn is one where both sides of the driver are coupled to the horn. Usually, this kind of horn has a driver you can see near the mouth. The throat end of the horn connects to the other side of the driver, the side you can’t see. After the near end driver face, there is some length of horn before the exit.
If you thought of the horn as a letter P, the bottom is the horn mouth; the driver is mounted at the “tap” with one side facing the long way around and the other, the short way. The idea came about when I observed the reflection in a high frequency horn where the driver was not at the “end”. I wondered what if I substituted an active source (the back side of the driver), now it would be constructive addition.
The advantage is that when you make a bass horn “too small”, it s response, particularly at the bottom, is a series of peaks and dips. These reflect the changing load the “too small” horn places on the driver instead of a nice resistive load like a BIG horn.
With both sides of the driver driving the horn, but separated by a fixed phase (the path length between the two sides), one finds the two outputs add or not depending on the phase difference between them. At the low cutoff, only one side of the driver (the longest path) feels a significant acoustic load, this is where the lowest big peak normally is, the region above that where the big wide dip would be, both sides of the driver add together fully, filling in the dip. In effect, the radiator area of the driver changes with frequency allowing it (in a perfect world) to adapt to the change in resistance.
The above was written by the inventor...Mr. Tom Danley...TH is now fully Patented...not anymore a pending case...there is a legal issue...I guess.

Tapped Horn
Horns have been used for decades in sound reinforcement to increase the loading on the loudspeaker driver. This is done to increase the power transfer from the driver to the environment in which the sound is radiated. For maximum power transfer to occur an impedance match between the loudspeaker driver and the free air must be established. A horn is the means to this impedance match. For a horn to operate properly it must not be acoustically small compared the frequencies (wavelengths) it is to radiate. Conventional horn theory and design formulae are based on this assumption. To meet this requirement the horn needs to be at least one-half wavelength long at the low frequency cut-off of the horn and the circumference of the mouth must be at least one wavelength. When used for low frequency reproduction this can make for a very large unwieldy horn that can becomes impractical to make or move. A common practice used to reduce horn size is to make it only one-quarter of a wavelength long at the low frequency cut-off. This “short cut” has some very interesting effects on a horn’s performance. Of note is that a quarter wavelength resonance will have a velocity minimum at the throat compared to the half wavelength resonance which will have a velocity maximum at the throat. The net result of this is that, while there will be output from the horn in its low frequency region, the horn will not yield efficient power transfer until the frequency is increased sufficiently to correspond to the horn being one-half wavelength long. This begs the question: Can the quarter wavelength horn be driven efficiently? The answer is a resounding yes. To do so one must examine the conditions presented to the driver at the horn’s throat and match these conditions for maximum power transfer. The velocity minimum condition requires that the proper loudspeaker driver have a much stronger motor (larger magnet) and a larger moving mass than conventional horn theory dictates. The downside is that this driver is not at all well suited to drive a conventional horn. Once the frequency increases to the point that the horn is at least one-half wavelength a conventional horn is exactly what we have. So what we need is a loudspeaker driver that can change its mechanical (Thiele-Small) parameters depending on frequency. No problem because we found the magic stash of Unobtanium! This seemingly impossible feat is accomplished by allowing the radiation from the rear side of the driver to enter the horn at a location (tap) sufficiently far away from the throat (where the front side is driving the horn) and closer to the mouth.. Example of a Tapped Horn Since the rear of the driver is much closer to the mouth of the horn, at very low frequencies it is effectively de-coupled from the system and its radiation does not affect the total output. This occurs due to the throat end being almost one-quarter wavelength away. The radiated pressure from the rear of the driver is reflected from the throat end back toward the mouth. The total path length traveled is one-half wavelength (one-quarter down & one-quarter back). The reflected wave arrives 180° out of phase with the original radiated pressure from the rear of the driver and is thus cancelled. As frequency increases the situation changes a bit and the rear of the driver begins to be coupled to the horn as the reflection from the throat end does not cancel its own radiation. When the frequency is such that the horn is one-half wavelength long the rear of the driver is fully coupled to the horn. The pressure from the front and rear of the driver are of reverse polarity; a 180° phase shift at all frequencies. The pressure from the front of the driver (at the throat) and the pressure from the rear of the driver (close to the mouth) are now approximately one-half wavelength apart. This represents a phase shift of 180°. At this frequency both the front and rear of the driver are driving the horn in phase. When this happens the driver’s radiating surface area (Sd), as far is the horn is concerned, had significantly increased (almost doubled). Since the driver radiates from the front and back of the diaphragm, this yields very different driver parameters than when at the one-quarter wavelength resonance condition. To illustrate just how much low frequency extension and overall output can be gained from a small horn loaded box using this technique, modeled simulations of a Tapped Horn and a vented box, loaded with drivers optimized for the performance of each one, are compared in Figure 1. Each enclosure has the same outer cabinet dimensions; 40 in. x 22.5 in x 28 in. While the SPL is comparable for the two units, one of the real advantages of the Tapped Horn is seen in Figure . The diaphragm excursion of the driver is greatly reduced due to the acoustical loading of the horn. With an input of 63 V (500 W) the vented box exceeds 5 mm (0.2 inches) at 90 Hz. The Tapped Horn is well below this until just above 55 Hz. The vented box reaches 9 mm at 55 & 35 Hz while the Tapped Horn’s excursion peaks at just over 6 mm at 46Hz. This decrease in excursion will translate directly into lower distortion and higher output capability from the Tapped Horn.

+1 Well tested na ang subzero and mbj311 combination. nareserach na nila yan. another, w-bin and wsx work in groups (coupling).

baka my naka gamit na ng ganito feedback nmn po :)
Got a couple of this 15" loaded......Maganda kasi sa design para sa mga budget driver talaga..Very manageable pa ang cabs kahit isa ka lang...
May extended version din ito para sa 18"....I email Mr. Cubo directly if I can use the 15" version as a kick sabi I better off with USB or HD15 design but he's still working daw para kick version nito.

Sir actually it's a MB box...may nag-papamodify lang ng paraan para malagyan nila ng metal screen...MT box are slimmer 22.5" wide...MB are 24" wide...
Please take note that I don't build MB's...people who really want this speakerbox...go to MB's place and buy it.

Sir Eirol_99 yun yung dinala sa akin ay ganun ang construction...since marami na din ang nag-clone ng MB boxes...Hindi ko masabi kung ganyan talaga ang made ng MB or nag short-cut lang yung gumaya...anyways, gusto kasi nila gumawa na naka-ark yun screen para mas firm at matigas ang metal screen kaysa sa flat lang na very flexible na madali lumubog.

Very good, my amplifier need an upgrade because the Sventa 4 can not push them, my Sventa 10 gives more volume, loud and clear but i start saving for the new Live Fet 2000, more compatible. The speakers i did buy in Raygin for 6250 each, including a manual with all small Thiele, i have to scan it somewhere so i can share it with the Philmusic readers, hopefully soon Live will have a webpage because the line up for amplifiers, mixers, speakers etc is growing fast..........

I did use before the crown pro 1540 , no match with these Live 12, i dont know the new Crown 12, they have a new Jackhammer 1212, they say 1200 watt voice coil is 100 but sensitivity is 94. The sensitivity of the Live Ultimate is 97...................... Where do you plan to live in the Philippines Sir Nico?

pwede pa rin sir, madami ngalang kailangan, Parametric EQ sa each ouput, high pass filter para sa low. limiters on each output din, delays. yung functions ng drpa, i-analog mo lahat hehehe, mas madami na nga lang na equipment.

ang porma naman ng nexo 6th order bandpass, matanong lang' mas malaki pala yung Vf ng nexo kesa sa Vr niya' tama ba ako? tanung ko lang ulit' pwede ba baliktarin yung pagkabit ng woofer jan; gagawing Vf yung mas maliit na area at yung Vr yung malaking area? :

Karamihan sa mga matatagal na at nag-umpisa DIY box is the best dahil mabilis mabawi ang investment mo (ROI). Kahit papano may konting kita sa pagod mo. Kasi kong puro bili ka ng sobrang overprice eh nag aaksaya kalang ng pera, pagod at puhunan dyan not to mention ikaw pa hahanap ng cliente mo (expense mo pa at effort, gasolina pa etc etc... manpower tip at si manager sa tutugtugan mo bibigyan mo pa ng cut...marami pang ibang gastos)
Wag kayo masyadong maniniwala porket nakita nyo na yong gamit nila ay mga pasadya dahil bumibili yon kadalasan sa ibang bansa or by order .... may budget yan sila at lumalabas ng bansa para doon mamili. Malaki ang kamurahan sa ibang bansa bastat maramihan.

myrun na bang gumawa ng martin wlx hybrid sub dito. i built 4pcs 3 yrs ago it was a good sub small lightweight and manageable. it goes lower than wbox planning to built more to replace my old and aging high end design wbox.

Yes using an amp with some extra "headroom" will help assure that only clean, undistorted power gets to your speakers.
If the speaker is rated at 600 watts RMS/AES/nominal power, it will require an amplifier that can produce 1200 watts into an 8-ohm load. This is not an absolutely rule of thumb but this is how the pros do it. :-) :-)

800 to 1200w at 8ohms per channel power amp is recommended for the imf hp18b 600w

thats right a clean signal, less thd is coming out from your amp. i used kevler mc2 rated 1500 at 8ohms driving p-audio imf speaker rated 600 watt and the result is no clipping, cool amp at malinis ang base yan ang epekto ng high headroom walang stress sa amp

there are certain parameters to follow in choosing the right speaker to a particular enclosures type and size, putting a driver design to work with vented box will not work efficiently if put in a horn loaded, bandpass, closed design box and if u push harder it wil end up with damage cone or damage vc

750 watts at 8 ohms bos.
Ito na amp namin pang subs. Next month may one year na samin. Dati Crell Ca20 amps gamit namin. Mas malakas pa din ang Ca20 pero kapag umiinit na, lakas makasira ng speakers. Dami mga katropa ganyan ang complaints din. Sa Ep4000 matibay at mas maganda tono ng bass at kahit sa pang mid high din. Match lang ito sa mga Imf Hp18b. Mura pa 25k lang :)

Korek ka Bos Spacejam pero sa actual use mataba na bumayo lalo na kung 4ohms loading. Masaya kami hindi naman tumirik at walang speakers pa nasisira. At sa bass response mas manota ang Ep4 :)

Kawawa naman ang mga newbies puro underpower ang pinopromote niyo , puro promoter naman kasi ang mga nag popost sila sila ang nag uupsap kuwari user sila, sa mga newbies wag kayong basta maniniwa sa mga naka post dto puro mga promoters ang nag popost dto , kung ano gusto nilang ipromote puro mactch or bagay ang mga gamit nila , sory to say this mga bro pero yan ang nangyayari ngayon dto sa site na eto, batobato sa langit tamaan wag magalit.

Malamang bos naka left - center - right set-up yan. Dumaan sa 3way crossover ang FOH at hiwalay naman ang center fill mo na subs. Sa aux out or sub out naka-assign :-)

I think Sir Ja! was referring to the timealignment of the 2 different subwoofer...1 is a 6th order bandpass at the 1 is a 7 feet Hyperbolic sealed hornloaded configuration...

nakadesign yan for 18" drivers; and kapag ini-scale down mo naman yan para makagamit ka ng 15", hindi mo makukuha yung exact na tunog for the design.
kung gusto mo, meron namang ibang compact alternatives tulad ng nexo ls1200 pati yung design ni sir ryanbairan, although 18" inch parin ang gagamitin mo.

hindi po kasing longtrow ng EL36 yung nexo at horn po kasi yung EL36, sir itry mo yung BAI-18 ok po at maliit din may sipa ung
mas simple rin yung design nung bai-18... puro rectangles lang. interesting, ang daling gawin.

Gumagawa ko ngayon ng WSX para sa isang cliente...post ko d2 ang pag-gawa mula simula hanggang matapos sa finishing...eto muna ang mga nagawa...itutuloy ko pag magaling na sore-eyes ko.
